Bed and breakfast vacation rentals in Besançon

If you're going for a place to stay in perfect condition, this might not quite be the best choice. But most of them don't go to a b&b either. The atmosphere, the contact with the host family, the coziness, the surroundings, before that you go to any b&b and definitely this one. Had a great stay in Arc-et-Senans. François and his wife are Superhosts. I would go back, without even one second doubting. And if you are lucky, you may even be able to go in the swimming pool. Thanks for a great evening!

To get to the castle is better to put in the GPS Chateu de Rosieres rather than the address in the description. But even without it is well indicated in the village so we reached we not problems. The minute we walked in we felt very welcomed by Bertrand, he is the kindest host i've met, got even upgraded for free to a better room in the castle instead of in the courtyard. The castle itself feels exactly as you would expect from a medieval castle of the 13th century. Appreciate the tour and booklets about the history. Even if the common spaces may feel a bit unfinished, the rooms were impeccably clean and organized. Also, it is warm and not humid at all. With bad weather outside the bathtub was great to have. We didnt spend much time outside, just enough to meet the donkey and the goat in the back. Very friendly. Great location to have a relaxing weekend, a couple walks in the countryside but also close enough to cities like dijon and besancon. Recommend passing by Beze.

Delightful stay I have visited similar facilities as a tourist many times and have always dreamed of living in one of these rooms. With two wonderful and passionate sister, I was able to fulfill my dream. The breakfast was delicious, and after that we had a fantastic surprise, completely free of charge we had a tour of the entire castle along with the underground

Staying overnight for professional reasons, Franck was able to welcome us warmly in pleasant, clean and well-equipped bed and breakfasts. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the morning and friendly discussions, we would not hesitate to return home if we were to return to the surroundings of Lamarche-sur-Saône!

We very rarely leave feedback, but this place is exceptional and should be mentioned. The attention to detail and the enthusiasm of Jean-Bertrand for the renovation of the property was wonderful. J-B has a great book with the history of the renovation, which is really interesting. The standard of the renovation work was excellent and we felt very privilaged to be there. It is an excellent place to stay. Vist Dole for a beautiful City, with great restaurants. Breakfast was a pleasure, which we enjoyed sitting in talking with J-B and his wife. Lovely people. Certainly would stay again.

We were very pleased to meet Marc. He took the time to guide us through his extensive property. It was a pleasure to discover the broad-leaved orchid there.

I had a lovely stay, and I was very well looked after by Corinne. Breakfast was also very good. The environment is very friendly, and there is plenty of food nearby.

It was infinitely beautiful. The family is humorous and super friendly. Marc showed us around and the dogs, goats and cats are super loving.

Meghan’s place is very nice and cozy. It’s near Dole, where we could find very nice restaurants. Meghan has a few pets, including a goat. All pets were very friendly but we had a little trouble with avoiding the goat every time we needed to leave or enter the house.

Dominique is warm, open to discussion. Our interactions were very pleasant. The accommodation has everything we could possibly need (even slippers). It is very clean. The exterior is sublime, well planted. The natural pool is lovely. Breakfast is excellent: homemade jam, homemade bread... Thank you very much Dominique, see you soon.
