Farm happiness

We love what we do and our guests are an important part of our philosophy. We live in the immediate vicinity of the North Sea on our family-run equestrian farm. Our guests are cordially invited to experience our lifestyle. Let yourself be captivated by nature and perceive things in their originality. Read a book while enjoying a regional ice cream from the neighboring ice cream factory or take part in the East Frisian tea culture.

Apartment with dog, Netflix, Sky+ and garden

Pets are welcome with me. My guests can fully use Sky Entertainment Plus. Netflix is available on two TVs. In the spacious upper apartment with separate entrance, you can relax and feel comfortable. The Kiessee in the climatic spa town of Berumbur (600 m away) invites you to swim (dog beach) and relax. There is a separate, massively fenced garden area only for you, here also eruption artists can romp freely.

A little time out in Esens

In 2023, the large "Landzeit Esens" (8 people) got a little sister - the "Kleine Auszeit" (2 people). Again, exposed wooden beams determine the ambiance - and of course we rely on biological materials again. The "Small Break" is a one-room apartment and the sleeping gallery can only be reached via a (somewhat steeper) staircase. A private terrace with a fenced garden area is also part of the "Small Break."

In the midst of East Frisian nature between estates, canals and idyllic trees, the country house with its historic charm is hidden. A spacious living-dining area with old framework, three charming bedrooms that could not be more different, a modern bathroom with large walk-in shower and a kitchen in a special design make this apartment unique. The spacious property invites you to relax and enjoy.

Listed house

Exceptional, beautiful and cozy, this spacious accommodation offers space for a relaxing break for 2 people in a listed house with its own terrace and a large garden. Quiet yet close to the center in Norden. A wood-burning stove provides charming coziness on gray days. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs in this accommodation.

The round apartment - living in Berum Castle

We offer you a quiet apartment located to the courtyard in East Frisia as a holiday apartment. It is located in Berum Castle, surrounded by ancient trees. The apartment is furnished with elegant Biedermeier furniture and an ideal starting point for things to do on the wonderful North Sea coast and the East Frisian mainland.

Cozy in the villa close to the sea

We love our second home in a newly renovated Art Nouveau villa close to the sea. We now also rent it to vacation guests. A walk or a short ride by bike or car takes you to the sea and the sand stand or to the picturesque village of Dornum - both not overcrowded in summer, always beautiful.
