In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. We rent a newly furnished 2 room apartment with about 55 sqm in Berumbur with upscale equipment. The apartment is quietly located about 5 minutes/walk from the swimming lake. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacy, etc. are quick to reach. Various restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. Norden is about 10 minutes away by car and Norddeich about 15 min. In the open living and dining area there is a modern equipped kitchen free WiFi incl. Towels/Sheets. Minimum stay is 2 nights.

The prices are per night/apartment plus tourist tax €3.50 in the main season and €1.80 in the off-season per person./day including bed linens, a set of towels and 2 rental bikes. The listed house was extensively renovated in 2020/21 with a lot of love. The tastefully furnished house has lost none of its charm and originality.
