Place faithful to the advertised, well-maintained house and good location. I recommend it!

I was with my family in Mr. Luiz Roberto's house and we love the experience, the house is wide, airy, all equipped, to receive the guests, not to mention the reception of Mr. Luiz who was very attentive and receptive and also the attention of Ronaldo the housekeeper who was very attentive and helpful! I hope I can go back and enjoy the beach more often in this house!

I was at the carnival in the house and it was wonderful! The house is very wide, very cozy, close to the beach and easy access to market and pharmacies. The swimming pool is exceptional for both children and adults. The backyard of the house has plenty of space with many trees that make wonderful shadows! Carol was very attentive throughout the stay, we'll definitely go again!

Donizete was very solicited and friendly, attending to me promptly every time I needed it. The house is also great! Neatly clean. The decoration was made with great zeal.

The barbecue area was one of our favorite corners, perfect for gathering everyone and enjoying delicious moments. We had a nice family weekend in this beach house. The accommodation is spacious and perfect for family outfits. It has a good area on the barbecue and pool. The condominium is large and safe, with all the facilities, shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The hostess was kind and helpful, easy to communicate, ensuring we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The house has all the amenities you could need. My stay at the house was great! The house was in great condition. The Wi-Fi connection was stable and fast, which was a big plus for me, as I worked during the period. The location is great, with the beach within driving or walking distance. In addition, the proximity to nature was one of the highlights of our stay. We spotted several birds of the Atlantic Forest, including a blood tie up close. One point to note is that the whirlpool service is charged separately. Depending on the weather conditions, it may not be worth it, but it's still an interesting option to relax. As a suggestion for improvement, it would be great if more kitchen utensils were available. However, this did not diminish the quality of our stay. The house is really very good and I intend to return soon!

The house is beautiful (more beautiful than in the pictures!) and the garden with a spectacular pool. The services of kitchen, beach tent assembly and barbecue (paid for part) were totally worthwhile.

Kleber's place is excellent, identical to the listing. We were in a group of 18 people, and the accommodations were perfect, all the facilities of the house such as shower, air-conditioning and lamps work perfectly. We were very well accommodated. The house was very clean when we arrived. And Kleber and Fernanda were very quick and quick to answer us, and they helped us in what was needed. I make an observation about the presence in the house, of animals from the forest, which is at the bottom of the house. If there are people in the house, they don't enter, but if everyone leaves, you have to close all the doors and windows so they don't come in. The house is wonderful, and it has served us very well.
