Monthly Rentals in Berry Hill

This was the second time we had stayed here. Jimmy was great about sending instructions ahead of time. Place was in great shape and very conveniently located for our visit. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. The detailed property description accurately reflected the reality on the ground, and everything worked out well. The neighborhood was pleasant, with plenty of nearby shops. Robyn, the host, was kind and highly communicative throughout my visit.

Carrie is a proactive, informative, very reliable,friendly great host. The place is peaceful strategic close enough to downtown Nashville; Easy to access to great restaurants, all activities, also quiet and peaceful from all the downtown chaos. The place provided all the amenities mentioned with easy parking.

There were 10 of us that stayed and we were all super pleased with the location and the facilities. Home was clean and comfortable. Stephan was super responsive. Check in was super easy. Check out was super easy . Only a few minute Uber/taxi ride to downtown. Even though it rained during our stay, this Airbnb and host helped us still have a wonderful time. Thank you!
