The house on the lake belongs to my wife and me. My son and his wife coordinate the rental for us (co-hosts). The lower apartment in the house is rented, the upper one we use occasionally. We look forward to welcoming you as guests in the upper apartment. The apartment is newly renovated, 100 sqm2 in size, offers plenty of space, light and a view over the lake and the mountains – great to unwind. Living/dining room, balcony, kitchen, bathroom, 2 bedrooms & a sauna.

The apartment "Hannibal" is located in a nice residential area & is at the same time very well connected. It is ideally located just outside Munich and is therefore the perfect starting point for all the sights in Munich and on the edge of the Bavarian Alps. Hiking and ski resorts easy to reach.

Unsere Unterkunft liegt ruhig im Wohngebiet nahe am Wald (3 min) und nahe zum See (10 min.). Im Ort ist alles vorhanden. Und zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöne Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in die Berge an den See nach München. Wunderbarer Erholungsort. Schlosspark und Badestrand sind in nur 10 Minuten erreichbar. Biergärten und Restaurants sind bequem ohne Auto zu erreichen.

Welcome to Lake Starnberg! This luxuriously equipped condo is located on the first floor (street level) of a modern single family home in central, yet quiet location of Feldafing. With a total floor area of nearly 900 sq. ft it easily accommodates a family or group of four.
