Booked a last minute stay at Joe’s place and was in great communication throughout the quick stop! Instructions on getting into the bnb, location and hospitality were described as explained!

We had a wonderful stay at Carl's place - my company was touring in ABQ, so we had a group staying at both the properties. It was perfectly clean, and I appreciated that there were enough bathrooms - no bathroom conflict is great. The checkin was so easy; it's so nice to use a doorcode and not have to remember a key. The neighborhood felt safe and comfortable, and we enjoyed the stay immensely. Thank you!

Doug’s place was comfortable for my wife and 3 kids. The open floor plan was perfect for the kids and the bedrooms were comfortable. The central location made it quick to get anywhere from the biopark, Coronado mall, or even the tram.

Jack's condo was a hidden gem in an oasis. I really loved that it was in a gated community and I felt very safe. It's very close to downtown and Uptown and about 15 min from Balloon Fiesta Park. It was in a perfect location. Jack communicated very well with any questions that I had. I would definitely stay here again if his condo is available.

If you order food for delivery, give them clear instructions, as apparently they get sent to some alley? This place was beautiful, simple, had pleasant aesthetics. Sergio called to see if we needed anything. He was approachable, kind, attentive; one of the best Airbnb hosts I’ve had. The kitchen has your basic cooking stuff and laundry access is nice to have. Extremely walkable area. The home, block, and neighborhood felt safe and comfortable. One can walk to a few restaurants and a grocery store (Smith’s), as well as to Route 66! :) 1.5 blocks away from UNM! :) In case it matters to anyone, the house is located two houses down from 2 5G towers but there are honestly so many in Nob Hill and in Albuquerque, that they are, sadly, unavoidable. Excellent stay, especially for young people and young families! :) You can have a quiet stay or an active stay; lots of options.

Casa Amarilla is a great place, wonderful location across from the park. Hosts were extremely responsive. We will definitely stay again when we are in town!

house was in a great location house had some stains on carpet which is understandable with it being a rental. house was way bigger in sq footage then i expected, the master bedroom is the size of an average living room!! beds were comfortable def has the retro vibe which is cool

Jeannine’s place was a great find. Incredibly clean, smelled nice upon arrival. The beds were comfortable. Great water pressure! Well equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Very nice area of town, felt safe and secluded. Never heard another person during our stay there.

This townhouse feels like a stand alone house and has everything you might need or want. My Mom and I needed a spot we could both work from during the week we visited and this worked really well. The addition of a monitor on one of the desks was super helpful for her spreadsheet-intensive work and I easily worked on my laptop on the other desk. The internet was fast and reliable. The beds were comfy, the shower water pressure was great, and the back yard and upstairs deck were lovely for breaks. We loved the gorgeous wood ceilings. The only thing to be mindful of, mentioned in other reviews, is that the house makes a lot of noise day and night. It creaks when someone is walking around because of the lovely wood floors, but even if both people are standing next to each other perfectly still, it happens. It was loud enough to wake my Mom up at least once a night. Nothing bothers me when I’m asleep so it was fine for me. Just something to expect, but you should still totally book!

Cathy’s house is very clean, all the appliances are new, all kitchen utensils are new too. Cathy is very friendly and responds quickly to guests request. And the house is in good location for grocery shopping. We are satisfied with our stay in this house. I will definitely recommend Cathy’s house if you travel to ABQ.

We enjoyed staying at Monica's place for an entire month. The place was very clean, had an abundance of amenities and the neighborhood was very safe. Monica was very responsive with any questions or concerns and the instructions to the place as well as what to expect were very clear. We are already planning to stay again in the future as this was one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed in.

Ive stayed at Cecilia's property multiple times. Shes extremely responsive, maintains the property very well and is flexible. Shes and her property rock.

Michelle was an awesome host. She made us feel right at home and took care of any concerns immediately. (It was just the AC not being plugged in). We loved the turtles and garden. We will definitely stay again!

I’ve been at many Airbnb’s and this one by far was the most comfortable. We walked in and were transported into an inviting home. It was clean, the couch was so soft, the backyard such a cozy place to hang out. They even have string lights you can turn on for ambiance. There are three full bathrooms. There were only 3 of us, but this so convenient! The AC was perfect for the days it was hot outside. The beds were comfy. Two coffee options: Keurig or you can brew a pot. We didn’t cook, but seemed everything was there for your convenience. It was the perfect resting place while visiting family. The Sawmill Market is nearby if you want to hang at a cool spot for food and drinks! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Love the place! It bedroom had its own bathroom. The quick responses to any questions made it an awesome experience!

Our stay was great. We had several grandchildren participating in different sport activities over the weekend. The location was a perfect spot to gather and enjoy our families.

Mark was a great host and his place was very accommodating. I came from across the country for a 2-month stent and the AirBnB was clean, had all of the kitchen supplies I needed, plenty of linens and blankets, and all of the basic supplies. As a single female staying in Albuquerque, this place made me feel safe and comfortable. Very peaceful and homey.
