We had such a wonderful stay in Kate’s beautiful Adobe! The location was great and close to everything we planned on visiting, the home was spotless, and incredibly cozy. I love how comfortable the bed was and enjoyed the fenced in yard for our pups. We had a great time and hope to visit again in the future!

Oscar's place is pretty amazing . We felt right at home the minute we walked in the door . John and Dotti ,Oscar's cohosts, do a wonderful job prepairing the place and making it feel very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with all the amenities you could think of including the ones you didn't imagine. the house is uniquely decorated, lncluding the interesting front entrance over looked by St France. spent the night grilling on the back deck drinking tea out of my new favorit cup watching a thunder and lighting storm crashing through the distant sandia mountians . Old town Albuquerque is 30 minutes away and worth the trip . the lazy lizard is a local bar good for a quick bite and music on the weekends .

This space was like a little art installation - each dish, curtain, chair, quilt, shower curtain was beautifully curated! Super location near big park and Old Town. Lovely little touches for my dog - bowls, towels, biscuits! Barbara was very responsive and helpful with timely local recommendations.

It was in a good neighborhood, it had a lot of things close by. The place was comfortable and good for anyone going with a family.

Kendra's place was wonderful, quiet, beautifully clean, and peaceful. There was a front and back deck that was fenced in so that one could enjoy the peaceful evening and morning times outside. The house was just the right size to enable one to feel comfortable yet still have plenty of space to move about. Kendra was very responsive whenever I had any questions. I appreciated my stay at her place and would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a quiet place in downtown Albuquerque. Thanks for everything, Kendra!

Dacia and Vicki are great hosts. We had a wonderful stay at their home. We appreciate their quick responses to questions we had regarding the house. Whenever we are in ABQ, their home is our first choice.

Eric was super communicative and friendly His place is located on the NE side of Albuquerque. Close enough to the Sandia peak area as well nearby balloon festivities during that time of year. The neighborhood was quiet The casita is a unique homage to the Spanish style of architecture. The bedroom loft is huge with a king bed and a large chaise Perfect for a single person or couple.

This was our second stay at Justin’s lovely place and it was just as nice as last time. The interior is charming, bright and comfortable and the kitchen is well-stocked. There’s a nice courtyard and front porch. Very walkable neighborhood. Justin is super responsive. Thank you, Justin. We look forward to returning!

This home was more than 5 stars. It suited my family well, loved how each bedroom had its own bath, no need to wait on each other. Grandkids loved the indoor pool and everything else was awesome. I will definitely rent this house again when needed. Thank you Aaron & Chantel!!!

Ed and Barbara was and is such a blessing. The community here is very therapeutic, even the dogs. This is definitely one of those places that if you could then you would come back over and over again. Barbara will make you feel right at home, so have fun if you dare; you might not want to go home. Nice pool, jacuzzi, lots of of space to feel free and to let loose and be loud. If you're into art sculptures then you have a lot to look at, because this place is filled with the enchanting art work by Ed. This experience will leave an everlasting impression on you. Beautiful home and a great place to spend our 5 day vacation. Although we spent a good deal of time outside the house we absolutely loved coming "home" to a modern and stylish home where we could relax poolside rain or shine! Fadi was responsive and easy to contact. Combined with a gorgeous neighborhood, friendly neighbors and easy access to the best abq has to offer, this was worth every penny!

I will definitely come back to this place, very peaceful and private place, pool was a plus very clean. My family and I had a great time, will visit again soon :)

We LOVED our stay here!! One of our favorites during our cross country trip. Tiffany was VERY accommodating with our needs. The driveway fit our 30ft trailer and truck great. The beds were very comfortable and the jacuzzi was relaxing. Highly recommend!

We were in town for my son’s college graduation and Alfredo’s place was just perfect! We loved hanging out in the backyard. Lots of seating! Also LOVED the jacuzzi!

Honestly, I was initially worried that I had booked a place 15 minutes away from Albuquerque proper. However, I discovered that the South Valley was my favorite area and ended up extending my stay! There were a number of beautiful spaces to walk my dog, including Durand Open Space and the Norbertine Community labyrinth. My dog and I also explored other neighborhood parks a little northwest. Additionally, Jose's neighborhood is very tranquil and walkable with polite neighbors and at least one park. I frequently utilized Planet Fitness, Walmart, and Mesquita Market, which are all within a five-minute drive. There is no shortage of yummy restaurants within 5-10 minutes. I have a car, but it's worth reiterating the listing: the city bus stops close by. Finally, Jose is very attentive and polite, but he also gives you absolute privacy.

Beautiful spot with lots to do nearby. The outdoor shower was a highlight, and the complimentary margarita was a great touch! The hosts were super friendly, and the property had thoughtful extras like a bike repair station and dog-friendly spaces. Highly recommend for anyone looking to relax and explore the area.

My daughter and I stayed at Pete’s place and loved it! The location was perfect for walking to get coffee, grab a glass of wine or a cocktail and to browse shops.

This is a great place to stay! Very quiet neighborhood, private, and it's great to have a garage for your car! The condo is clean, you have what you need, and John is very friendly and responsive. This is my 2nd stay here, and I look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for letting us stay again, John! It is a lovely little home! 😁

What can I say about this place aside from how wonderful it was to stay here? My children and I had the best time hanging in the spa, listening to music on the house speakers, and enjoying a break from our every day lives. Phil made us feel right at home, and my kiddos had a blast! Would definitely come back to enjoy the beautiful space Phil has created.

A perfect spot for a great night’s sleep on our trek cross country! There is a park down the street that was perfect for our golden retriever to get some exercise. No restaurants around to walk to, but we got carry out and had a nice dinner at the place. Super comfortable bed and a very cute, well-acquainted space!

Gaga's Tiny Home was perfect for my needs. Closest AirB&B to a 4-day weekend event I attended up in the Manzano Mountains of New Mexico. Compact and well-equipped. Comfortable furnishings. Was able to have friends over for dinner Saturday night. Lisa was the ideal host, immediately available to answer any questions I had. Otherwise I had complete privacy. I'll be back.

Fantastic location close to the old town. Beautiful loft studio with all amenities. Laundry room was really useful. David’s mum lives downstairs and is very friendly and helpful. Great stay!
