One very comfortable box spring bed, the second bed is a good quality pull-out sofa-bed that pulls out to a queen size. We've an extra single bed we can put in at your request. The charming attic studio (beautiful old building) has the best location in upper Kirchenfeld, opposite Egelsee. It is 3 minutes’ walk to tram lines 6, 7 and 8 and bus line no. 12, and 7 minutes from the train station. There is an ample number of parks around the house.
