Hi Barbara, the apartment has a very good location to the Luisenviertel. Public transport and suspension train are close by. There are only 2 stations to the train station, very convenient for me. E.g. for excursions to Düsseldorf by S-Bahn (30 min) or regional train (20 min). For me as a single traveler, the apartment had everything I needed. Every little thing was thought of, amenities perfect. For me, the parking space in the courtyard was very important. But I was able to leave the car most of the time. I'd love to come back when I'm in Wuppertal. Best regards, Frank

A narrow steep staircase leads to the attic accommodation. The property consists of a single room + bathroom. Neither was clear to me when I read the listing, so maybe I missed it. Furniture + bathroom partly already older, but I don't think it's that bad. Otherwise very good, especially for the price!

maurice's house despite being an old house with many years old is still well maintained and you immediately go home. Maurice was always available with his quick responses and clear directions. the house is just a few minutes' walk from the metro stop in a convenient location and in a quiet neighborhood.

We were in Düsseldorf for a visit to the trade fair, so we stayed very little in the apartment. The location was perfect and we felt very comfortable despite the short time. Everything you need is there, modern, but also comfortably furnished. The kitchen is very well equipped, unfortunately (for us) a dishwasher is missing. We will be happy to come back. Amir is an extremely friendly, likeable and very charming host. In my emergency, I responded immediately to my last-minute request and helped me a lot with it, dear Amir, thank you very much ! Amir was always available during the stay and responded immediately. The apartment was well suited for my solo short stay/weekend: top sewers, well soundproofed, small kitchen available and furnished with the most necessary. Bedroom = lounge spacious with panoramic view in 7th floor (elevator available), bed/mattress excellent. Bathroom spacious and so far OK. Best location, restaurants for every requirement in walking distance. To the bus about 7 min. For trade fair visitors about a 20-minute drive. Value for money impeccable. I recommend this and will be happy to come back next year.

Beautiful place to stay at and very convenient for public transport. While Revan wasn't there in person at the time, their parents were to greet me when I arrived. Revan was still reachable by text though. I got sick closer to the end of my trip and Revan's parents offered me tea, citrus, and more to help. I really really appreciated this because I was by myself and didn't have anyone else to rely on. I had to leave at 3 am so I unfortunately did not have the opportunity to say goodbye and thank them, but I did leave behind some art prints that I made myself. The only thing to note is that the TV did not work. Not a huge problem since Revan's dad offered me a computer monitor to use instead, but I thought I would mention it just in case.

Listing as in the photos. Very nice bathroom and kitchen that is equipped with everything. Nearby parking spaces available, you may have to walk a few meters. We had a pleasant stay. Apartment maybe a little clairvoyant at the front side of the street. If you go to sleep early, you may need earplugs. But it will be quiet towards later. Would stay again anytime.

Very kind and friendly, there were no problems with check-in, although we were faster than the agreed time on the site, the lady didn't make any problems with it all. Good location close to hbf from which there are trains to dorthmundt if someone is going to dorthmund, e.g. for a game, I highly recommend this place.

We lived in the apartment for several weeks and felt at home from the first moment. The apartment is modern, very nicely decorated and well maintained. We really enjoyed the proximity to the village street with its shops and the Ruhrauen and moved out again with a heavy heart.

great location, perfect walking distance to everywhere we needed to be. All the facilities we could need. Bakery next door is perfect, and there's an Edeka and a Lidl just round the corner. Elvir is a really receptive host and very helpful. We will definitely book again.

My stay at Axel’s place was great! The apartment is very nice and modern, with high ceilings and a beautiful design. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the city square, and it’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. It’s only a 10-minute walk from Duisburg HBF, which is really convenient. Axel was a great host - very friendly and helpful. I would definitely book here again!

Our visit to Dortmund was also a complete success because of this great apartment. We expected a very nicely furnished, cozy apartment with perfect infrastructure. On the table were fresh flowers, sparkling wine and a chocolate Easter bunny, which gave us the nice feeling of being welcome. Of course, we also enjoyed the jaccuzi to the fullest.
