For 4 persons, the apartment is designed, 2 persons can additionally sleep in the living room on the pull-out couch (a total of 6 people). The apartment is newly designed: kitchen-living room with cooking island, living room with balcony, 2 bedrooms (king size bed 1.60 m wide), modern bathroom with shower. Garden with pool use. The train station(Bermatingen-Ahausen) is about a 5-minute walk, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, bank about 2-3 minutes walk, supermarket about a 10-minute walk. To Lake Constance: Meersburg 8 km, Friedrichshafen 16 km.

Modern cozy apartment

We are renting out our fully furnished apartment in Bermatingen-Ahausen. Ahausen is a picturesque small village in the middle of apple orchards about 7 km to Lake Constance. In the village, there are several farm shops as well as a small supermarket. The bike path to the lake leads directly past the house. You can also reach the lake by public transport. The bus runs about every 30 minutes. The train station is within walking distance. We are happy to welcome you as a guest. Best regards from the Lake Constance region!

My apartment is located in the small, idyllic village of Ittendorf, very quiet in a cul-de-sac and is ideal to recover from the stress of everyday life. It is a small place with 750 inhabitants, surrounded by orchards. It is part of a detached house and is located in the basement. The apartment has a separate access with a small sunny breakfast terrace. A free parking space right in front of the door ensures a comfortable arrival and departure. .
