Family-friendly vacation rentals in Berlin

Excellent location, within ten minutes walk to two train stations, restaurants, and grocery stores. We were delighted to discover Marlene Dietrich was born just around the corner! Gerhard was very responsive and would check in regularly to make sure we had everything we needed, as well as giving suggestions for places to go. Very quiet neighborhood, and a sweet view of the courtyard/garden in back from the kitchen window ... plenty of birds and squirrels kept us entertained!

Stefan's place was an absolutely perfect base for our stay in Berlin. Nice quiet neighbourhood. 5 minutes walk to the train/tram. Multiple supermarkets also a short walk away. Beautiful historical building, superbly renovated. Absolutely everything you might need in the kitchen. Super comfortable living room, nice TV. Great shower. Super comfortable bed. Another major highlight is the man himself, Stefan (Dago Fan). He was there to greet us and always quick to reply with any questions we had. Super friendly, some great conversations had, good recommendations and stories about the area. Highly recommend Stefan's place in lovely Karlshorst. 5 stars. Highly recommended

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Unserer Enkelin hat besonders die Netze in der obersten Etage geliebt, sie hießen bei ihr Faultiernetze, weil man da so schön faul drin rumliegen konnte. Die Leiter nach ganz oben haben wir bewältigt, ist aber sicher für einige eine Herausforderung. Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Unterkunft für eine größere Familie.

This place was so epic. It was HUGE and very cool. I felt like this was the true Berlin experience. We loved having the balcony that looked over the tree-lined street in front of the building. The disco room was incredible and a fun place to have a pre and post-dinner drink. The bed was massive and very comfortable. The area had some really fun restaurants, very safe, and easy access to a lot of other hot spots of Berlin. Highly recommend this spot.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit hier. Die Wohnung ist wirklich groß, gemütlich, viel Platz und alles was man braucht. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Zwei Betten lassen sich leicht ins Wohnzimmer stellen, so dass man bei Bedarf drei Schlafzimmer hat.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war sehr ruhig, sauber, Ulrike und Familie war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Great location and had everything I needed. Right next to public transport, only 10 mins from the centre. A grocery store and food places within walking distance, Ivos very kindly offered me a late checkout as my flight was leaving later in the evening.

My parents stayed at the airbnb and they had a wonderful stay. Everything was clean and tidy, we got clear instructions, and the apartment is full of everything needed for a short or long stay. Public transport is close by. We would gladly come back and recommend.

good place to spend the holiday

Bel appartement, très propre, dans quartier résidentiel très calme (nous y étions la nuit du nouvel an!). Sans voiture, nous rejoignions Berlin en à peine 1h en transport en commun, station de bus tout a côté du logement, bus de nuit également. Nous recommandons vivement.

We had the best stay, was a perfect apartment for a girls trip, was super clean, lots of areas to get ready, lots of mirrors and places to sleep. Would highly recommend 😁

schöne gemütliche Ferienwohnung in einer ausgesprochenen schönen Lage. U - Bahn mit dem Auto in 5 min erreichbar und dann mit der Bahn fein nach Berlin,man erreicht die Hotspots wunderbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt,würden jederzeit diese Wohnung wieder anmieten. Vor allem der wirklich schöne Außenbereich war sehr ansprechend.Der Kontakt war freundlich und unkompliziert. Roumiana war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin! Der Check-in war unkompliziert und das Haus sehr sauber und gemütlich. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen, und die ruhige Lage hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für alles, Roumiana!

Eine Kollegin und ich haben die Unterkunft während eines Kongresses genutzt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt, die Wohnung sah aus wie auf den Bildern und der Gastgeber hat an viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten gedacht, wie Kaffee, Föhn oder ein Shampoo. Die Wohngegend ist nicht besonders schön, aber die Lage sehr gut an der S-Bahn gelegen und für uns sehr praktisch. Wir können uns sehr gut vorstellen, für den nächsten Kongress wieder zu kommen.

Wir haben während einer Woche unser Team in Josephs Wohnung untergebracht, alle waren total happy.

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Berlin. Die Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Tür und man kommt schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mir durch ihre Flexibilität sehr geholfen hat.

We arrived for the Berlinale and stayed in Frank’s apartment. Everything was great — the apartment fully matched the description. It’s spacious, cozy, full of natural light. Very well designed and decorated. Transportation was great, and it was easy for us to get to the different Berlinale venues. Frank was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommended!

Rémi s’est montré très accueillant, ses instructions étaient très claires et l’appartement fut supérieur à nos attentes étant « plus grand » que ce que nous pensions avec les photos!

We absolutely loved staying at Sanne's place! It was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The apartment is also so quiet! The neighborhood was great too - tons of amazing restaurants and we were right next to a park that has a great flea market during the weekend. It was also easy to get to other areas in Berlin. Sanne was very responsive and made our stay seamless. She was flexible with our check in time which was much appreciated.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders die Holzwände und die innenliegende ruhige Lage hat uns gefallen. Auch das parken war super unkompliziert, da wir das Auto mit auf das Gelände nehmen konnten. Die Anbindung zur S-Bahn ist zu Fuß in 6-7 min zu erreichen und auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig sehr nah. Es gab eine Grundausstattung an Gewürzen und auch Öl. Das war sehr praktisch und auch eine Verlängerungsnacht war flexibel und unproblematisch möglich. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage in Berlin. Wir kommen gern wieder. : )

We really enjoyed staying in Anna's place. It was clean, comfortable and exactly what we needed for a family of two adults and two teens. Walking distance to the nearest train stations to the city, quiet and comfortable.

Alles bestens! Wohnung ist super, Lage passt auch sehr gut. Nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und nicht allzu weit sind fussläufig schöne Bars und Cafés. Kommunikation mit Carsten war ebenfalls super - wir kommen gerne wieder!
