Apartment vacation rentals in Berlin

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke von Berlin. Die Bahnstation ist direkt vor der Tür und man kommt schnell ins Stadtzentrum. Katharina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die mir durch ihre Flexibilität sehr geholfen hat.

Me and my friends had a very pleasant stay and we loved the view and neighborhood 🥰 It was easy to reach the city center from there and perfect cause it was quite and calm atmosphere. Erik was very nice and helpful when I needed help. We did a lot of gym reaching the last floor with stairs😂

Es war alles wie erwartet und zu unserer vollen Zufriedenheit.

Die Lage des Appartements ist einfach fantastisch. Man ist überall in Berlin gleichschnell. Man ist in ruhiger und geschichtsträchtiger Gegend (Mauer) untergebracht. Das beeindruckt und verströmt Atmosphäre. Die U-Bahnist sehr schnell erreichbar.

This is a superb apartment, has all you need and the host Roi is terrifically helpful and responsive. Neighbourhood is both quiet yet accessible by short walk to shops, restaurants and transport. Apartment is cosy yet spacious, clean and uncluttered and has excellent security system. Cannot recommend highly enonugh: this is a real gem in Berlin. Don't waste time looking for others.

Wir waren zu viert im April 2025 in dieser schönen Wohnung in Berlin. Der Checkin funktionierte einwandfrei, auch dank der detaillierten Beschreibungen des Gastgebers. Wir hatten ausreichend Platz und haben uns gleich wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr leise. Sowohl das Bett, als auch das Schlafsofa, waren sehr gemütlich, so dass wir am nächsten Tag gut erholt in unsere Berlin Abenteuer starten konnten. Die Wohnung ist super von der Bahn aus zu erreichen, so dass man schnell nahezu überall hinkommt. Es gibt viele Restaurants in der Nähe, so dass man in der Nähe der Wohnung abends, nach einem langen Tag noch etwas feines zum Essen gefunden hat. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und könnten uns gut vorstellen, bei der nächsten Berlin Reise wieder hier zu übernachten. Lobend sei auch noch erwähnt, dass der Gastgeber stets gut zu erreichen war und immer schnell auf Nachrichten antwortete.

Albert’s apartment was wonderful. Well located close to transit with several U-Bahn stations nearby and a stop with frequent service near the front door. There is a grocery store on the corner, which was really helpful. The space was perfect for us. Bright and spacious with a comfortable bed. The kitchen was well stocked with lots of personal touches from the host that made us feel at home immediately. The apartment was spotless when we arrived. Albert greeted us and gave lots of valuable advice for things to do in Berlin. He’s an exceptional host. He answered all our questions quickly and was proactive to make sure we had a great stay. Few hosts are this friendly and kind. We have visited Berlin several times and expect to come again in the future. We would definitely stay at Albert’s apartment again.

Alles bestens! Wohnung ist super, Lage passt auch sehr gut. Nebenan gibt es einen kleinen Bäcker und nicht allzu weit sind fussläufig schöne Bars und Cafés. Kommunikation mit Carsten war ebenfalls super - wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alexander was a terrific host! He had plenty of great recommendations, was always available to answer questions and gave a thorough walk through of the apartment upon arrival. The location is walkable to the train and many good restaurants/clubs/etc. The apartment itself is spacious, well designed and comfortable for three people. Highly recommend for a trip to Berlin!

War alles bestens und wie beschrieben. Die Gastgeberin war sehr Nett und hat uns persönlich empfangen und alles erklärt, war auch dannach immer Erreichbar. Wer ein paar Spa Tage genießen möchte, den kann ich die Wohnung bestens Empfehlen. Ruhige Lage und man ist ungestört.

Lovely apartment! And Teltow is a beautiful town. The apartment is very close to a bus stop and the S Bahn so you can go easy to Berlin. The place is very quiet and chill it helped us since we were working there. Also our host was very friendly and helpful all the time! Definitely 10/10

Evgeny was absolutely kind and his place I would definitely recommend it 100%, the flat is really comfy clean, big enough for one persona or a couple, the wi fi connection was great for me to work, the zone is great with a lot of things in the surroundings (markets, bakery, train station). Easy to find the address and well connected with other parts of the city. 100% Good!

Zu Anfang wollen wir uns für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt bedanken, die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig, wer Wert auf abschalten legt ist dort genau richtig, karena und Jürgen waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, die Wohnung ist mit allen ausgestattet was das Herz begehrt, der Pool Bereich ist ein Traum.. und gut für eine erholsame Zeit. Great stay! Nice design, responsive host, comfy bed, quiet apartment (off the street). Walkable to Neuköllin Arcaden with plenty of restaurants, grocery, SuperFit Gym and proper cocktail bar (TiER) two blocks away. On the fourth floor (US fifth) with no lift for those who have mobility issues.

Very kid friendly….the loft beds aren’t for adults…beautiful bathroom!!! This flat is in the middle of it all, great restaurants, shopping, parks & activities within walking distance. It was very comfortable.

Excellent spot for visiting Berlin! Lots of restaurants nearby (super kebab shop), plus supermarket and Asia market and good public transport just a few minutes walk. The apartment is not luxury, and the building it’s in is a bit drab, but the place is spotless, good hot water, and quiet. Very nice welcome by the host.

We had a great stay! Antonio was very helpful with eith everything we needed, and very responsive! We loved the house and the location!

Sehr gute und pflegte Unterkunft. Die Möbel waren alle sauber außer ein Coach war mit viele Flecken drauf. Die Wohnung ist super top zu erreichen und fast von überall mit dem Auto oder öffentlichen Verkehr erreichbar. Der Preis ist gut, halte ich aber ein bisschen zu teuer. gerne wieder wieder

Bianka and Jan are amazing hosts, they make you feel at home and are very responsive ! The pictures don’t even do justice to the beauty of the quiet backyard. Full of sunshine and most importantly very private. The neighborhood is very pretty and calm, by the water. A short distance walk to train station makes it very easy to wander around Berlin ! Would definitely recommend to anyone coming through.

Hyvä sijainti, helppo liikkua julkisilla, tilava asunto 6 henkilölle, rauhallinen alue. Kommunikaatio helppoa majoittajan kanssa. Suosittelen!

Kommunikation war 1 mit Sternchen. Tamara hat proaktiv geschrieben und uns immer alles Wichtige und Empfehlungen mittgeteilt. Die Unterkunft war sehr nice, sauber und es erwartete uns ein Wilkommensbierchen ☺️ Die Lage war auch gut. Mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln war man eigentlich überall ziemlich schnell :) Wir hatten uns für diese Unterkunft entschieden da wir für ein Konzert da waren ( in der Uber Arena ). Zu Fuss hat man ca. 15min dahin - Perfekt ! Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und würden jederzeit wieder diese Unterkunft buchen. Vielen Dank liebe Tamara !

השהות אצל מרטין הייתה חלומית!! הדירה ענקית ומלא בכל טוב (ברמה כל סוג סכין, צנימר, מכונת שייקים) מרטין היה סופר חברותי ונתן יחס אוהב וברמה הגבוהה ביותר. מילים לא יכולות לתאר כמה נהננו. תודה רבה למרטין❤️❤️

We had a great stay! The studio looks exactly like on the pictures. It is very conveniently located, in a quiet neighborhood, near the U-Bahn station, with many restaurants and shops nearby. The bar and restaurant recommendations were really helpful. Definitely a great place to stay at if you're visiting Berlin!
