wij werden gastvrij en vriendelijk ontvangen. bij aankomst werden wij verrast door een verwenpakket en welkomsgroet. alles is aanwezig om te koken en te verblijven. prima bedden, heel schoon, lekker privé en schoon sanitair. perfecte uitvalsbasis om met de trein naar Berlijn te gaan en de omgeving te ontdekken. Tolles kleines Häuschen, mit perfekter Lage zur S-Bahn und damit ganz Berlin sehr gut erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne einmal wieder.

Ich war schon öfter mit meinem Dackel zu Besuch und wir kommen immer wieder gerne. Gemütlich, sauber, alles da was das Herz begehrt und zentral gelegen für unsere Zwecke.

Wir haben 6 wunderschöne Tage verbracht in Cathleen's Ferienhaus. Es liegt herrlich ruhig in einem schönem Wohnviertel ein paar Gehminuten entfernt zum Strandbad. Der Garten ist eine Idylle, und Robby bzw Schaf, der Rasenmäher, sorgt für einen sehr schönen Rasen. Wir haben täglich Gebrauch gemacht von der Terrasse entweder am Tisch oder auf der bequemen Lounge. Alles funktioniert einwandfrei und wir können das Ferienhaus wärmstens weiterempfehlen. Auch unserem Vierbeiner hat es hier äusserst gut gefallen.

Das Haus entspricht 1:1 den Bildern. Es war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten - über die Küchenausstattung inklusive Gewürzen, Handtücher und Bettwäsche. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig in einem Wohngebiet und es sind direkt vor der Tür Parkmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Die Kommunikation mit Dana war schnell, freundlich und auch der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Klare Empfehlung!

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Auszeit mit unseren zweijährigen Sohn in Elisabeths Haus. Das Haus ist geräumig, sehr beruhigend und lichtdurchflutet - man fühlt sich direkt wohl und entspannt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Dazu war der Empfang herzlich und die Kommunikation freundlich und schnell. Danke für die schöne Unterkunft!

Sascha's flat was clean, comfortable, and cozy. The kitchen was very well equipped and the bathroom was modern and spotless. The shower was fabulous. The outdoor patio was lovely, peaceful, and quiet. I highly recommend this lovely apartment. The pictures don't do it justice!

Uitstekend appartement van een mede-Tarantino fan 😁. Ruime plek met een grote woonkamer met prima zit/ligbank, een voldoende grote slaapkamer met goed bed en tot slot een goed uitgeruste badkamer (bad en douche) en keuken. 4e etage maar de lift werkte altijd. Zorg wel dat je bij Rosenplatz metrostation uitkomt anders loop je vrij ver. De straat was behoorlijk druk, maar de grote ramen isoleren erg goed als ze dicht zijn. Meerdere restaurants in de buurt waar je prima kunt eten: On the Bone (duurder), La Galleria en zelfs Frittenwerk was ook prima om mee af te sluiten 😁. Maddalena is een prima host! Reistijd naar de meeste te bekijken plekken 20-30 minuten, zowel naar de te bezichtigen plekken (richting westen), Baja fietstour (Gleisdreieck), Kreuzberg (richting zuid) als Prenzlauerberg (richting oost-noord-oost). Maar we zaten goed in het midden (wijk Mitte, je verwacht het niet...). Een fiets of step regelen is wellicht nog wel beter, er zijn er genoeg te vinden in de stad.

Ich war hier 14 Tage im Rahmen einer Dienstreise und mehr Berlin hätte ich nicht mitnehmen können. Die Lage ist großartig und die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. Tracy ist sehr freundlich und super zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Loved staying at Heike's apartment - it's very nice, clean, and close to a very accessible train station, grocery store, and restaurants. Communication with Heike was fast and clear and the check-in and check-out process was simple and painless. This apartment was perfect for my trip as I was working remotely during the day and going out nights and weekends. Just FYI, it's in a more quiet place in Berlin so if you're looking for more of a nightlife scene, would suggest staying closer to the center of the city. This is a great neighbourhood - a few mins walk to the train and just a wee bit longer to the bus - but that's also where there are heaps of shops and a great supermarket. The local Saturday market was a highlight and we enjoyed the local cafe with jazz we stumbled across on Sunday night. The apartment is well designed and equipped - I loved it. Beautiful linen on the beds - big comfortable beds, fresh flowers, good range of condiments. The location and being on the ground floor were the deal breakers. Im already planning my next stay (and will remodel my pwn bathroom based on this very funky one). We stayed 7 nights and the weekend (Fri/Sat) very noisey lots of street noise - however otherwise very peaceful. I'm already planning on how to come back.

My wife and I stayed at this Airbnb for 6 nights in May, 2025. The apartment was spacious, clean and well organized. All amenities mentioned in the listing were in perfect working order. Good location as it is fairly close to public transit, grocery and restaurants. Communication with the host is excellent. Check in is very easy and convenient. I stayed at this lovely place for a week, in that time Anica and maxim were both extremely friendly and helpful. They left us to it yet we felt right at home. It was an absolute pleasure staying at their air bnb, everything was extremely easy to use and had everything I needed for my whole stay. Very nice quiet location just outside the centre of Berlin. Meaning after a busy day on your feet exploring the city you can head back to relax and unwind in peace. Couldn’t recommend them both enough. Once again thank-you for an amazing pleasant stay. Hans and his partner were exceptional hosts, offering a serene and beautifully maintained space that provided the perfect backdrop for relaxation and creativity. Their patience with my late check-in was greatly appreciated, making my arrival seamless. The peaceful surroundings and thoughtful touches throughout the home created an environment that was both welcoming and inspiring. I was able to write quite a lot. Thanks to the calm and comfort of their lovely spot. I highly recommend their place to anyone seeking a restorative and productive getaway.

Our stay at Ralph’s place was impeccable, the apartment is astounding with lots of sun coming and every amenity one can think of. Ralph was very communicative and let me check-in 5 hours before the original hour. Only con I can think of was the kid upstairs who kept on running endlessly. Thank you Ralph for this wonderful experience!

It’s a wonderful place. We all really enjoyed it. I wish we had time to use the pool more because my three year-old grandson had a great time in the pool. The nearby park is great for kids and has an interesting history. The only suggestion I have about this Airbnb is the glass table legs are really a hazard. My daughter in law and I both hurt our feet. I ended up wrapping towels around the legs. Also could use a hook or two in the guest bathroom there is absolutely nowhere to hang a towel. The nearby beer Garden with dozens of birds is great fun as well.

Great stay! The area was very walkable. Theres a beautiful park, shops, and things to do right around the corner.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Spent 2 night at Simon’s house. Everything was as described. The house is right behind a bus stop. The kitchen had everything we would need. It was warm inside the house but there were fans. Would recommend to my friends.
