Small kitchen with dining area for 2 people, approx. 20 m² bedroom with closet, table, chairs, TV. Bathroom with large sauna, use for a fee. (€5). Laundry can also be done for a fee, if required. Regional and S-Bahn trains are a 10-minute walk away. (9 min drive to Potsdamer Platz), bus in 3 min. Removed, shopping within walking distance (Lidl, Aldi, REWE, Rossmann, C&A, health food store, farmers market).

This wonderful new 120 m² attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is located in the Viktoriakiez neighborhood (quiet area) – a 5-minute walk to the Nöldnerplatz S-Bahn station and a 10-minute walk to Rummelsburger Bucht on the waterfront. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop away from the trendy Ostkreuz station and 2 stops away from Warschauer Strasse. P.S.: I own an original 5-meter Riva boat from Italy.
