A mix of construction trailer and tiny house, huge garden, in the middle of the village... 100 m to the lake...and in no time in Berlin. I build everything here myself...so everything made with love...but every now and then a little crooked :) I usually live in the tiny house myself, are guests, I am in the circus wagon in the garden or on the road... The place is perfect for dog owners, lake and forest are in front of the door...on city trips I can offer professional dog care...(had a dog board before).

Pure relaxation in the heart of Berlin. For many years, we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring others closer to this lifestyle. This thought gave rise to the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernized ferry, built in 1925, is located close to the city right in front of Rummelsburg Bay. Here you can get to know a special combination of nature and urbanity from the water all year round and treat yourself to a break from everyday life.

Country house style in the countryside, 30 minutes to Berlin City

Arrive, breathe deeply, feel good: Our modern 70 m² apartment with veranda and private garden area is located directly on the Löcknitztal nature reserve. Start on foot, by bike or by boat in nature – or quickly to Berlin? Just a few minutes to the train station. Fangschleuse – in 20 minutes at Berlin Ostkreuz. Fully equipement kitchen incl. Coffee, tea & spices make the stay relaxing. Perfect for couples, relaxation seekers & explorers.

Vacation home "Inselgarten"

The quiet apartment (52 square meters) is part of a fisherman's house with an idyllic garden and century-old trees. It has a separate entrance and extends over two levels. The living area with kitchenette (fridge, kettle, microwave, stove) and the bathroom (shower) open up to the garden and courtyard. The bedroom (overlooking trees and water) is accessible via a staircase. The apartment is stylishly furnished and has a small library.

Exclusive quarters in the manor house

A beautifully furnished, modern, and rustically furnished apartment with 110 square meters of living space and an 8 square meter terrace awaits you. The apartment is located in an old manor house, which is used as a multi-generational home. Like all other apartments, it has a separate entrance. The apartment can be heated via wall radiators, underfloor heating, or a fireplace. The floors are made of tiles or pine planks.

Relax in the countryside

Take a break and relax in our spacious garden, not far from the Havel bike path and the regional train to Brandenburg and Berlin. Our simple, rustic cottage with gas-warm water shower, dry separation toilet and cooking facilities has a particularly good sleeping climate due to the insulation with hemp and clay. Experience unforgettable moments in this special and family-friendly place. On a quiet, historic farm, you will find many opportunities to relax. On the grounds there is a natural playground and a sunny terrace that invites you to barbecue and linger. The nearby swimming area at Lake Teupitz is approx. 200 meters away. Shopping (supermarket) can be reached quickly. Bicycles are available, free of cost.
