From there it is 18 minutes to Cologne Fair, 30 minutes to the airport, by short distance to the cathedral/main station and Neumarkt.

Our small 13 meter long houseboat Lore is located in the inner harbor of Duisburg, 3 minutes from the city center in one of the trendiest areas of the city: the inner harbour. The Lore has two spacious bedrooms, a roof terrace with lounge furniture, a small covered terrace, a living room with a direct view of the water, a kitchen and of course a bathroom with shower and toilet. The Lore is winter festival and can be booked 365 days a year. We have had three boats in the harbor since 2025.

The panoramic window of the holiday accommodation is oriented towards the sunrise and forest. We are looking forward to your visit!

The signal tower Linn was built in the 1920s and has now been extensively renovated after being decommissioned over 20 years ago. With love for the details and an eye for its historical origins, a unique and extremely atmospheric location has been created. On the 1st floor there is the loft-like living area with a cozy living/dining area - and the unique 180-degree view. On the lower level there are the 2 bedrooms, the laundry room and the shower room with a toilet.

Quietly located and yet well connected: In 10 minutes you are on foot at the train, which takes you in just 17 minutes directly to the heart of Cologne – ideal for excursions, business or events. Frechen-Königsdorf itself offers everything you need: shopping, restaurants and cafés in the immediate vicinity.
