Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, are located upstairs. The garden and the partially covered terrace invite you to relax or barbecue. Converted into a beautiful vacation home in 2020 in a perfect location in Hodenhagen in Lower Saxony. Our house has 2 bedrooms (orthopedic sleep system bed & box spring bed), a family room with 4 sleeping options, orthopedic waterbed, 2 single beds, 1 baby bed. The proximity to numerous leisure highlights make the location so special, such as the Serengeti Park, Heide Park, Aqua Mundo, Snow Dome, Vogelpark, outlet center and the proximity to the Harz Mountains and the coast.

The town center with shops is within walking distance in max. 10 minutes. Studio (approx. 30 m²) with private entrance, double bed (1.40 m), single bed (0.90 m) and private bathroom. The dining area with a fridge, kettle, toaster, dishes and cutlery. Please smoke in a separate "smoking lounge." In the neighborhood, there is a company that can provide "acoustic impressions" during the week between 7:00 AM and 4:30 PM. For your dog, I would like a one-time fee of five euros.

The house was completely renovated in 2025 and features a tastefully furnished and comfortable living area for two people with a garden and two terraces. It offers plenty of peace and space. Active guests can walk, cycle and explore the beautiful Lüneburg Heath to their heart's content.
