The house is located in the middle of nature, an unbeatable environment for those who enjoy life in the countryside, as well as for those who want a quiet environment a few minutes from the city, since it is located 20 minutes from A Coruña, 45 minutes from Santiago de Compostela and 5 minutes from the Cerceda water park. There are several hiking trails of different distances and difficulty levels available nearby. The house shares a property with my home.

We are a small family, mainly dedicated to the countryside, and in addition to the house in which we live we have a 16th century PAZO in the process of being renovated. We're taking it one step at a time, and we're currently renting the one we're presenting here. A small seaside house on the waterfront with exclusive views of the Ria de Pontevedra. A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.
