A Charming Home

Iconic home of La Coruña, equipped with galleries and fully renovated in January 2018. It is located in the heart of the city, next to the famous Calle de los Vinos and Plaza de Maria Pita and in front of the sea and sports dock. The house has been restored, maintaining the essence of its origin, but providing it with fully updated kitchen and bathrooms. New appliances, and a Nespresso coffee maker. Careful decoration. New bedding and towels, too. Amenities - The house has no parking, but there are three public parking lots, for a fee, just a few meters away. City bus stop, almost at the door, and bus to the airport at 100 m, with a frequency of 30 minutes. From the apartment, you can walk to all the areas of interest of La Coruña, as well as restaurants, tapas area and beaches. Supermarkets and TB Municipal Market is 5 minutes away. Guest support - at all times, if needed, via phone or email, you will also find in the apartment instruction guide apartment and local guide with restaurant recommendations and points of interest. Check-in and check-out times could be negotiable if we don't have the apartment occupied. Ability to accommodate a sixth person, preferably minor, with a 15% surcharge. ENGLISH Typical house of galerias, completely renovated in january 2018. Perfect location in the city center, in front of the sea and the sailing club. 5 minutes walk to Plaza de Maria Pita, old city and the famous Calle de los Vinos. New towels and sheets too, Services - the appartment has not parking, but there are three public parkings, payable, a few meters from it. Bus stop just at the door, and airport bus stop, located at 100 meters, every 30 minutes. The appartment is walking distance from everywhere in the city, museums, restaurants, tapas bar, beaches, and also supermarket. Guest attention - I can be reached easily by phone and mail. There is a guide with the appartment instructions and also city guide and restaurants. Check in and check out times could be negotiable, when the appartment is not busy. An extra person, a minor advisable, could be hosted, with an extra 15% charge.

The place was easy to find, it's in a quiet area and a 10 minute walk to the beach. It was clean and tidy, just like the photos. Ismael is a very good host, always attentive to what we needed, and all a detail about the breakfast and bottle of wine. Everything is great!!

It's been a great vacation. The owners are lovely and have made us feel at home, everything was easy. Our children looked like their grandchildren, always being very affectionate and close to them. The house was very well cared for, clean and comfortable. Perfect for spending an impressive vacation enjoying the Costa da Morte as a family. Everything you need in terms of equipment, utensils, appliances, large TV and another on the top floor, comfortable mattresses and pillows... in short, like at home but in a wonderful place overlooking the port of Barizo and the Sisargas Islands. Also, in the main room a terrace/solarium/solarium/paradise for breakfast watching the sea and listening to the singing of swallows and to watch a magnificent sunset over the Atlantic. The setting is breathtaking, surrounded by wonderful beaches. I recommend Seiruga's if you are going with children, 800m and with a estuary area. Not only has it been a great experience, but we have created a magnificent friendship.

The apartment was very nice. Rosa, the charming hostess. He was great with us. Always attentive to us. The touches he had are to be appreciated. He left us everything for breakfast. Coffee, infusions, toast, milk... etc. It is a quiet and very nice area to go in the sunny season. Super comfortable beds, towels and sheets so you can change them whenever you want. It has a washer and dryer. Ideal for rainy days to wash and dry clothes. It also had radiators and heaters for cold days. We felt right at home. Thank you Rosa

Virginia's Bubble at Remanso de Trasfontao was everything we were looking for and more: we enjoyed two full days of peace and quiet surrounded by beautiful scenery and very conveniently located. Virginia is an incredible host—she was extremely kind, responsive, gave us some cool ideas of what to do in the vicinity and was not intrusive at all in our space. On top of that, the breakfast she prepared was to die for... We were not expecting such a treat! Definitely recommend Remanso de Trasfontao for everyone who loves nature and wants to enjoy some days of relax!

Hi, Diego and his mam were really nice and couldn’t have been more helpful. The flat is very nice and the views are great. It is a fabulous location for swimming and walking. Corcubión is a fine little town and the bigger town Cee is a pleasant 20 min walk. Our favourite place to eat was Restaurante Gastro Espacio Mar De Crebas.

A great place to stay, very good location and on a quiet street, with all the amenities and transportation at your fingertips, although you can walk to many of the attractions. Fran is a charming person who provides you with everything you need and responds to communications immediately. I highly recommend it.
