Clean and nice apartment at the very center of Ayvalık, very close to the public transportation and sea side. All the kitchen equipment was available at the house (even the things you may not expect to find) and Gizem was very helpful and available when we needed her during out stay. Would be happy to stay here again.

We spent part of our Honeymoon in this beautiful place. The house is located in a quiet, sweet area right by the ocean and close to many beaches and cute small towns. The Accomodation itself is incredibly cozy, much nicer even than in the pictures! Everything is extremely clean and well equipped for a long or short stay. AC, Kitchen, Bathroom etc. all way above average most Airbnb’s. The Hosts themselves are the warmest, friendliest people you could imagine. They made sure we had some food in the fridge and even prepared a meal, since we arrived quite late on our first day. They somehow managed to both leave us in complete privacy and also check in to see if we were alright. They even gave us a souvenir gift in the end to remember our stay by. We shall return with our firstborn child.

the location of the house is 5 minutes by walking to the beach. There is a migros and local market right on the lower street. We received the house immaculately. The beds were comfortable. There was everything you could need in the kitchen. It was thoughtful that there were spices, oil, napkins, paper towels, drinking water. The house is quite pleasant, the upper balcony is very nice, the upper balcony is blowing. The patio is very pleasant. It is on a calm, quiet street. We worked remotely for 4 people for 1 week and we did not have any internet problems. I would definitely prefer it when I come back. I would also like to thank Ms. İlknur for asking if we need it from time to time.

First of all, the house and interior design were very nice. The items were complete and flawless, a house where you can just go with your personal belongings and live without feeling anything missing. The interior was very clean, the rooms were tidy. The kitchen and the bathroom was sparkling clean. A home where you'll never have a problem with cleanliness and order. The location of the house is in the center of Ayvalik. It's also very close to the beach and very close to historical places. It's very easy to get to restaurants and cafes. The tradesman has very good communication and is helpful. There is a paid parking lot just across the house, and you can park there right away when you arrive with your personal vehicle. The host, Ms. Kübra and her daughter Ezgi, are very friendly, very understanding and very sweet people. They were very supportive of me, even with a health problem I had, they wounded me. I think it's a great luxury to stay in good people's homes with high communication skills. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and a house I would prefer if I come again.

The unit was as pictured in the listing. The bathroom was beautiful and the modern kitchen contained all that was needed for preparing the occasional meal. We were short some sheets when we arrived, but the host was very responsive and brought them to us. The narrow streets and lack of parking was a challenge as we were not accustomed to this, but it seems to be common at least in this part of Mytilene. Overall, would definitely recommend.

My family and I had a pleasant stay. The house is accurate to the photos, very functional and the decor is really nice. With Gökhan's instructions we found the house without difficulty. You have to be transported but we were warned. In fact, he was available all along the stay to answer our questions, thank you to him. Special mention for a small typical Turkish restaurant 5 minutes by car in the heights we enjoyed ourselves.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. Ms. Jale is a very friendly lady. He was there to greet us when we arrived at the house. He gave us a tour of every point and information about the house. The house is equipped with exactly what tools, furniture, etc. are in your house. Rest assured, there are many extra details that are not available in your home. She prepared a great house with appliances hung on the walls, authentic lamps, the products we think are copper in the living room, the knitted bikes at the entrance of the door, the patio, the swing and other items. As I told him, the opportunity and comfort you won't find in a 5-star hotel are available in this place. The house is 30-40 meters from the sea. The beach is beautiful, the sea is clean but there are chestnuts. If you do not have protective shoes, you can swim comfortably in a pristine area by walking 100 meters. Ms. Jale will definitely describe this place to you. Lastly, I can say that. A host, home, and town that really deserves the nice comments. We went for the first time. We went as 2 families, we were very satisfied. 10 out of 10 is literally.

We had a very nice holiday for 6 people +1 baby for 5 nights. As it appears in the photos of the house, all the needs that may be are very thought out, there is air conditioning and a bathroom on each floor/room, the general cleaning of the house is very good, we used the linens and towels with peace of mind, we did not have any problems. The fact that the house has its own beach and the possibility of sun loungers was a great advantage, since we stayed in September, the beach was very calm and pleasant. We even used the bikes in the photos:) Mr. Harun gave detailed information about the house and places to go on the first day, and he was very helpful with everything until the last day, thank you very much to him and his family. Hope to stay again as a family.

Ms. Aslihan, from the booking process to the check-out, we were grateful for her due to her interest, kindness and solution focus. Everything in the house is complete and immaculately clean made us feel at home. It must have been 100% satisfaction. The site where the house is located is very peaceful, calm and well maintained. Everyone who lives on the site is extremely warm and cozy, so there is a very decent environment where you can have a neighboring relationship that is longing for you. The pool is not looking for the sea because the pool is made of sea water, and the pool is quite big and there are enough neighborhoods and seasons around it. The area of the house does not disturb the heat even in the heat of the summer. There's everything a family needs in the house. Thank you for everything, Ms. Aslihan.

First of all, thank you to the hosts for their hospitality, we had a very pleasant holiday. We had a 3-day stay for 4 people as a family. The place we stayed is located on the lower side of a 2-story stone house and the hosts live on the top. The place we stayed is exactly as it appears in the photos. The garden and pool were very well-maintained, both were fully available for guests. The kitchen utensils were enough for us. The linens and pillow cases were very clean, we didn't even use what we brought. The house is about 15-20 minutes drive to Ayvalık and 5 minutes to Gömeç. Ideal if you want to relax very quietly. Other than these, you need to bring extra drinking water when you come to the house, because the tap water is calcareous, so we couldn't use it for tea and coffee. It can be an ideal holiday for a double holiday or for families with children. We would like to thank the hosts Ms. Emel and Mr. Ertan, who responded quickly to all our requests and questions

Alp's apartment is very comfortable and is well located. The terrace is very nice and you are on the promenade within a few minutes. The apartment has a washing machine and dryer and the kitchen is very well equipped. Communication with the host was very easy and Alper always wrote back quickly. We will be happy to come back!

Mikaela's place is wonderful, has a beautiful view and has everything you need. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of storage room for the size place. My wife and I stayed there for 9 nights and it was a great in many ways. It is very close to some restaurants that have delicious food. It is also close to anything else you need. We will definately book next year. Thanks Mikaela for making us feel so welcome and taking super care of us!!

Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

For those who want to stay in the Greek house, the house of Ms. Hande and her husband is great, both of them are interested and I would like to say that everything is thought out, perfect for those staying in the house, I can say that everything is thought out, perfect, and there was an incredible anbians for eating and enjoying the view on the terrace. The house is only close to the center, there is no slope in the hill and Ayvalık.☺☺ In the year, we prefer Ms. Hande again. Thank you for everything, thank you for everything. 🙏😇

Absolutely loved our stay in Michael’s house! So peaceful and incredible views. We hired a van for our family of 8, like another review mentioned, it was too long to get round into the drive, we parked opposite in a little ‘lay-by’. Agios Isidoros lived up to its reputation, particularly if you walk back along the seafront and sit under some trees for shade. Olive wood House was great and they even let us have a go with sanding! Mythos in Plomari is a brilliant taverna, especially if you have children who aren’t particularly adventurous with what they eat. Very friendly people there. Melinta beach worth a visit- a bit run down but fun to jump off the rock if you have the courage! (I didn’t- my daughter did!) All in all a brilliant property to stay in, very useful to have washing machine etc. loved the air conditioning, cooler downstairs than up. Thank you very much Michael for making the special holiday possible!

This is our second time staying in this wonderful house. We had another extremely comfortable holiday thanks to its location close to the beach and shopping centers, the quiet peaceful environment and the presence of three independent bedrooms. Our host, Ms. Iffet, was as hospitable as ever. She was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I hope we will be guests next year as well. In addition, watering the garden in the evenings is a very pleasant and refreshing effort:))
