There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. A bohemian two-story house on a parallel alleyway to Horse Cars Square,very calm, 100 m from Palabahçe, walking distance to all the organic products located in the bakery,butcher and bazaar. There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

In the historical Bergama Kale District, the entire Bergama can be seen from the terrace of the house, which has 3 floors, high ceilings, 4 rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 hall. The whole house is rented, no other guests are allowed. It is the house where the architect/historian Martin Bachmann,who worked in the Bergama excavation, lived with his family. In summer, guests can relax indoors or on the terrace, inside the house with its fireplace and A/C. The local texture of the house has been preserved.

It is the lower floor of the 4-storey summer house with an independent entrance. In winter, you can enjoy the kitchen stove. There are 3 bays 2 minutes from the summer house, but since it is on the slope, a vehicle is required to go to the sea. It is especially ideal for a quiet holiday. Our summer house is 10 minutes by car from the center of Çandarlı. In the evenings, you can enjoy a pleasant evening by going to cafes or bars by the beach in the center of Çandarlı.
