Our little house is located on the Bergama Kozak plateau, in the forest, within walking distance to the village. It is 30 km from the center of Ayvalık and Bergama. There is a 800 m2 fenced garden area for a comfortable time outdoors. There is a fire burning area in the garden and a playground with various ball playgrounds. In addition, our bungalow has its own garden jacuzzi for 4 people. Hot tub charge is extra, 1250TL per day We look forward to an unforgettable holiday in touch with nature with your loved ones.

There are old houses on the street, but when you enter the house, you will enter another world. It takes 10 minutes to get to Cunda and Sarımsaklı from the back road. There are 4 parking lots around. Climatized with Qubishi air conditioning. Parking close by car on Thursday is possible in the evening, a market is established.

In the historical Bergama Kale District, the entire Bergama can be seen from the terrace of the house, which has 3 floors, high ceilings, 4 rooms, 1 kitchen and 1 hall. The whole house is rented, no other guests are allowed. It is the house where the architect/historian Martin Bachmann,who worked in the Bergama excavation, lived with his family. In summer, guests can relax indoors or on the terrace, inside the house with its fireplace and A/C. The local texture of the house has been preserved.

It is a neat location in a lush area that is immaculately and safe, even the garden entrance is separate(independent) at the entrance of the house, the cleanliness and hygiene is done by me and my wife and my older daughter, have all the kitchen requirements and staying in our house with all kinds of needs of guests staying in our house (such as public transportation, parking, grocery store, beach, food restaurants and cafe).
