Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

Posizionata a 10 km da punti d’interesse come Certosa di Pavia, Castello Visconti, Ponte coperto, Università di Pavia, Policlinico San Matteo. Casa Rose si trova al primo piano all'interno di un condominio con ascensore. L'appartamento, ampio e luminoso è dotato di cucina, camera da letto e un bagno con lavatrice.

All’esterno: piscina, giardino e barbecue. 3 Biciclette disponibili gratuitamente. I proprietari hanno 2 cani nel loro giardino privato: Creed ed Eja.

Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.
