Welcome to my cozy 1 bedroom 1 bath studio only 10 min from downtown Greenville. This home is Duplex home (which means 2 homes side by side) But each home is its own unit. The only shared space is the back entry way/mud room, where you will find a washer /dryer unit and the lock box for entry. This home is right around the corner from a shopping plaza that offers good food and fun shopping. We are less than a mile from the swamp rabbit trail! Furman University is also 2.9 miles away.

All the amenities you want nearby w/stores, restaraunts, hiking, bicycling, rafting, kayaking, boating, etc. Relax on this 1/3 acre with in ground pool, gas grille, privacy fence in back and beautifully updated home. 3 car parking TV in living room uses firestick.
