Für den kurzen (ca. 200m), steilen Anstieg zum Haus wird man mit einer traumhaften Aussicht auf die Bergwelt belohnt. Zum Be,- und Entladen kann bis vor den Eingang gefahren werden.

Hoch über dem Tal gelegen über eine Bergstraße erreicht man das historische Haus Oberlandtal. Umrahmt von weiten Bergwiesen auf denen Steinschafe entspannt weiden. Ein traumhafter Blick auf den Watzmann und Hochkalter lassen sie von Beginn an die Zeit vergessen. Die kuschelige Dachgeschosswohnung mit einem Südbalkon wurde liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir können die Wohnung von Daniel und Petra in vollem Umfang weiterempfehlen! Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben und sehr sauber! Der Balkon und die Aussicht laden zum verweilen ein, sowohl morgens beim Frühstück, als auch abends bei einem Glas Wein! Die Lage ist fantastisch! Wir sind mit dem Auto angekommen, haben aber fast ausschließlich den Bus zu Wanderungen oder Aktivitäten genutzt. Dieser fährt sehr regelmäßig direkt vor dem Haus ab. (der Bus ist dank der Gästekarte kostenlos) Daniel und Petra sind zudem sehr nette und hilfsbereite Vermieter, die es einem wirklich einfach machen, sich wohl zu fühlen! Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an, wie Zuhause gefühlt.

Our stay at this mountain retreat was truly out of this world! We were taken back by the views and serene surroundings. The place was not just stunning, but it also felt like home from the moment we arrived. The service was impeccable, and we appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere from the host Kristina. Traveling with our 18-month-old, we found the accommodations to be family-friendly, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

The newly built property is situated amidst greenery, featuring a modern stone exterior with large glass doors. A spacious terrace overlooks the surrounding landscape, while the sloped roof provides a contemporary silhouette against the clear blue sky.

Die Unterkunft von Moritz (und Marco) hat uns super gefallen. Die Aussicht vom kleinen Patio war einfach grandios - mit Blick auf den Watzmann! Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr sauber und natürlich sehr ruhig. Besonders das große Bad hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Uns hat es dort an nichts gemangelt und wir würden wieder dorthin fahren. Die Kommunikation lief super.

This was such a lovely place to stay--the view from the balcony over the river is gorgeous, and Rolf and his wife (I don't recall your name, sorry!) were very friendly and helpful. The entrance is in a bit of a weird spot but Rolf stood out in front waving and showed us to it. We loved opening the window to have the white noise from the Wassertreppe (water stairs, a man-made stone cascade in the river) to fall asleep to at night. It was also a nice location because of the proximity to the Hauptbahnhof, and the walkable plaza of the old town is about a 10 minute walk away.

A spacious balcony offers a wooden dining table surrounded by chairs, with scenic views of the mountains and greenery. Warm lights create a cozy ambiance, and decorative plants are placed in a glass vase, enhancing the inviting outdoor setting.

Wir 5 Radler haben eine Nacht in der attraktiven Wohnung mit dem Wahnsinnsbergblick verbracht, zogen ein paar Bahnen im hauseigenen Schwimmbad und bestellten Pizza "nach Hause", um möglichst lang aus dem Fenster schauen zu können. Die Check-in-Details sind sehr gut beschrieben, das Apartment ist super sauber, wir haben nichts vermisst. Zudem gelangt man von dort auf kurzem und autofreiem Weg an den Königssee.

Das Apartment ist sehr schön, sauber und zentral gelegen. Vor Ort wirkt es sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos. Wir hatten einen sehr ruhigen und angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Aussicht ist das Highlight der Unterkunft. Außerdem gelangt man schnell zum Königssee sowie nach Berchtesgaden. Wir kommen gerne wieder 😌
