Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berat

Elvira might possibly be the best hostess I've met on airbnb! We arrived delayed into Berat but following her clear instructions to meet at the grocers on the street, she made the effort to meet us personally with a smile on her face! She taught us some Albanian words (she's a teacher in a local school) whilst directing us in parking our car. "Parkim" became our favourite word of the trip because of Elvira 😊 Elvira assisted me in carrying the group suitcase up the hillside to her home where she handed us each a local beer and some peanuts expecting we'd be tired from the ride. She was an angel! A quick tour of the house and garden proved it was exactly as the photos showed - clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. She'd left some Raki, homemade jams and eggs in the fridge for us to eat and gave us recommendations for restaurants, walks and sightseeing. The views from the castle were one of a kind!! Thank you Elvira 🫶🏼 I've never had a better experience😊 I wish I'd stayed longer!

Absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the cleanliness, stylish decor, the location was perfect for exploring, the amenities were exactly as described, the view was absolutely stunning! Xhulia was a wonderful host – communicative and helpful, quick to respond to questions, made us feel right at home. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, memorablestay. We hope to be back again someday!

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Amazing location in the heart of the citadel. The garden is really very pleasant and the view from the windows was superb. Small downside with the very noisy water distribution system that can make living with several people complicated.

We were hosted very well by Artan, a very friendly person. The accommodation is nice and in a good location for walking around Berat as you wish. Artan is also a good source of advice for restaurants or activities. He also invited us to the property of his guest rooms 30 minutes from Berat. The place is peaceful and relaxing. On this occasion, we were able to taste wine and artisanal eaux de vie, accompanied by small toasts with garlic and homemade cheese. It was just delicious. Thanks for this beautiful stay. Go there without a second thought.

Very friendly host. We had some trouble finding the apartment, but the host soon met us and helped us. Even had delicious coffee and breakfast. +/- 15-minute walk to the old town of Berat. Definitely recommended!

The location, accommodation and family renting out the room was great! Centrally located accommodation with walking distance to sights and restaurants. The family really cared that guests would enjoy themselves and the breakfast with freshly baked donuts and homemade jams were among the best we had in Albania. A delight to sit on the roof terrace morning and evening 💜

We had a very nice stay in Berat! The check-in with the key box went great and the parking lot was not an issue. The apartment is nicely decorated. Right behind the house is a park with a café, next to a supermarket – very convenient. The city center is easily accessible on foot. The host was very friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable!

The accommodation is very nice, close by car to the center (5 min), everything was very clean, tidy, Ela and her mother were lovely to us! Very welcoming and friendly! It was a pleasure to spend a night in this accommodation, we highly recommend it!

The apartment is perfect! It was extremely clean, very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to self cater. It is in an excellent location for sightseeing and shops. Communication was brilliant and Najda gave us such a warm welcome! We have no hesitation in recommending her lovely place.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the host. She was friendly and we felt right at home. The apartment was super neat, in a quiet street, but still close to the center. We could just put the car on the property. She was quick to respond to messages and on our last morning she even arrived with a nice breakfast for us. This apartment is definitely recommended <3

Very nice apartment with 2 nice rooms with one queen and one single bed each. Appartement was very clean. Our host was very proactive with communication and also answered our questions quickly. I recommend this place. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, there is no possibility to cook in the apartment itself. But there is a guest service for a small extra charge. That is, the hostess cooked for us delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also got fruit from the local garden - persimmon, pomegranate, tangerines, apples and grapes. The location of the apartment is good. A lot of things are within walking distance and you can quickly get to the center of Berat. Communication, although the hosts do not speak English, worked well. We communicated with the help of translation tools and the little daughter of the host, who speaks English very well for her age. We and our children liked it very much. I can recommend it to others.

Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. Elona and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming - some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate - everything was super clean and well-maintained. Getting there was also straightforward. From Tirana, you can take a bus to Berat from the South and North Bus Terminal in the north of the city. Bus line 5/B from the city center will get you there easily. The buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Berat, it’s a short city bus ride to Elona’s place. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Beyond the location, which is conducive to a beautiful discovery of Berat, Persida's parents are super kind, welcoming and generous. We received a lot of attention from them without them being intrusive. The accommodation is super functional with a very nice view and very easy access to Berat, no need for a car just good sneakers (the coast is steep). Small downside that is not the fault of the host, plan to bring earplugs as a neighbor's dog seems to want to accompany your nights with its constant barking.

Beautiful large apartment in a rural area, yet very close to Berat. Great view of Berat from the balcony. Very warm hosts who spoiled us with a very generous breakfast and very good food and drinks in their restaurant. Highly recommended!

Apartment was as described; modern, spacious, clean and very cozy. Location was great too. Made us feel right at home. Klaudjo is very polite, super helpful and was always responsive. Will come back for sure. Totally recommended.
