Villa vacation rentals in Berat

really a very nice surprise this house in the middle of nowhere, moreover the location was a little difficult to find: the GPS got lost (hihi😅). Despite this setback when we arrived, we were immediately greeted by our host of kindness without regard and great generosity. The house is very clean and very pleasant to live in and even when you are in large numbers. Even if the host lives in the same place, he will be very discreet and will let you enjoy his home. Finally, an address really to recommend ten minutes from Berat, for large families it's ideal.

We had a very confortable and peaceful stay! We were greeted warmly, despite arriving late due to our flight in to Tirana. The kitchen adjoins, but is separate to, the main house (living room and bedrooms), but this was not a problem, especially if spending your time eating al fresco in the really nice outdoor spaces available! The beds were comfortable and kitchen was well equipped. We highly recommend a stay for a quiet getaway that is not too far - 10 min drive - from Berat which is a wonderful city to explore!

Hansis Villa is a great place to stay near Berat. The villa is equipped in a simple but good standard, with the obvious highlight being the terrace and the view over the valley. A car is definitely required if you want to stay in the villa as the next supermarket is about 10 minutes and Berat is about 30 minutes away. But if you are willing to drive a bit, pretty much everything is within distance, including cities, waterfalls and beaches. The only real downside during our time at Hansis place was the constantly loud exhaust fan of the restaurant next to the villa.

My family and I had the most wonderful stay at Amla’s Villa during our two-week holiday over Christmas and New Year's. The villa, which appears newly built, exceeded our expectations – it’s even more spacious than the photos suggest. It is clean, and cozy, providing all the comforts we needed for an extended stay. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood; we would often open the door to find bags filled with fresh oranges and lemons left quietly by generous neighbours. The views from the balconies are nothing short of breathtaking -open fields, the river, the Berat Castle, and the snow-capped mountains in the distance. Daniel kept in touch from start to finish. He helped us so much during our stay, from arranging our transportation to helping us get food delivered on the first day. Eriseld, the co-host, drove us a couple of times to the main town to do our big grocery shopping. I don’t think we could have done it without him translating for us. Thank you both for a everything :)

Great place with free parking. The room was very spacious and it had working ac. Would stay again.

INCREDIBLE! It's one of the best places we've ever been to. It's quite an experience, the space is incredibly beautiful, you're in the middle of the mountains, you sleep with the sounds of the countryside and you get up with a hearty and delicious breakfast. Berat is just a 10-minute drive away. Lindita, Fitim, Ana, Perlita and we don't remember the name of the other man in the family, they all did their best to make us comfortable and happy. We felt right at home. We enjoyed a typical dinner cooked in a wood-fired oven, delicious! We also shared pleasant conversations and toured the farm. We would definitely stay here again, and we hope to. We highly recommend this place, it's a paradise. Thank you very much for everything! Landi was very accommodating and helpful, I would definitely recommend staying at this place! It was situated right in the centre of the old town and very accessible to everything my boyfriend and I wanted to see.
