Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Berat

Elvira might possibly be the best hostess I've met on airbnb! We arrived delayed into Berat but following her clear instructions to meet at the grocers on the street, she made the effort to meet us personally with a smile on her face! She taught us some Albanian words (she's a teacher in a local school) whilst directing us in parking our car. "Parkim" became our favourite word of the trip because of Elvira 😊 Elvira assisted me in carrying the group suitcase up the hillside to her home where she handed us each a local beer and some peanuts expecting we'd be tired from the ride. She was an angel! A quick tour of the house and garden proved it was exactly as the photos showed - clean, tidy and beautifully decorated. She'd left some Raki, homemade jams and eggs in the fridge for us to eat and gave us recommendations for restaurants, walks and sightseeing. The views from the castle were one of a kind!! Thank you Elvira 🫶🏼 I've never had a better experience😊 I wish I'd stayed longer!

Loads of space and very clean. New and closeby to attractions. Well equipped amenities - restaurant nearby was super helpful

We absolutely loved staying here - the house was exactly as described - even better actually! It was super clean, comfortable and had everything you could need (kitchen equipment, washing machine, bedding, towels etc)…The thought and care which has gone into making it a good home for guests really shines through. The pool and outside surroundings were beautiful - the pool was super clean and had lots of great floaties which our children loved. We were two families (7 in total) and we had lots of space and felt right at home. Valentino and his family are just divine! So friendly and hospitable - we were made to feel like family! We would love to stay again. It’s an easy 15 minute drive to Berat. We really will miss this wonderful home and family. Recommend staying here without a doubt - you’ll love it!

Emplacement incroyable en plein coeur de la citadelle. Le jardin est vraiment très agréable et la vue depuis les fenêtres était superbe. Petit bémol avec le système de distribution d'eau très bruyant qui peut rendre la cohabitation à plusieurs compliquée.

Nous avons été très bien reçus par Artan, personne très sympathique. Le logement est agréable et bien situé pour faire Berat à pied comme on le souhaite. Artan est également de bon conseil pour des restaurants ou activités. Il nous a également invité sur la propriété de ses chambres d'hôtes à 30min de Berat. L'endroit est paisible et propice à la détente. A cette occasion, nous avons pu deguster du vin et des eaux de vies artisanaux, accompagnés de petits toasts à l'ail et au fromage maison. C'était juste délicieux. Merci pour ce beau séjour. Allez-y les yeux fermés.

Zeer vriendelijke host. We hadden wat moeite om het appartement te vinden, maar de host kwam ons al snel tegen en hielp ons. Zelfs nog heerlijke koffie gehad en een ontbijtje. +/- 15 minuten lopen naar het oude centrum van Berat. Zeker een aanrader!

Läget, boendet och familjen som hyrde ut rummet var fantastiskt! Centralt beläget boende med gångavstånd till sevärdheter och restauranger. Familjen la verkligen omsorg på att gästerna skulle trivas och frukosten med nybakade munkar och hemgjord sylt var bland det bästa vi ätit i Albanien. En fröjd att sitta på takterrassen morgon som kväll 💜

Perfekter und ruhiger Ort. 5 Minuten von der Altstadt entfernt und zu einem günstigen Preis. Auch die Gastgeber waren sehr gastfreundlich und freundlich. Ich will auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, großzügig geschnitten und hervorragend ausgestattet – es hat uns an nichts gefehlt! Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir wurden herzlich von Ela und ihrer Familie empfangen und haben uns vom ersten Moment an wohlgefühlt. Ela war jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns bei Fragen sofort weitergeholfen. Die Lage ist ruhig und angenehm, mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt an der Straße. Das Stadtzentrum ist in etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir können den Aufenthalt weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

The apartment is perfect! It was extremely clean, very tastefully decorated and had everything we needed to self cater. It is in an excellent location for sightseeing and shops. Communication was brilliant and Najda gave us such a warm welcome! We have no hesitation in recommending her lovely place.

Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door de host. Ze was vriendelijk en we voelden ons direct thuis. Het appartement was super netjes, in een rustige straat, maar toch kort bij het centrum. Auto konden we gewoon op het terrein plaatsen. Ze reageerde snel op berichtjes en bij onze laatste ochtend kwam ze zelfs met een lekker ontbijtje voor ons aan. Dit appartement is zeker aan te raden <3

Very nice apartment with 2 nice rooms with one queen and one single bed each. Appartement was very clean. Our host was very proactive with communication and also answered our questions quickly. I recommend this place. Please note that the apartment is on the 4th floor with no elevator.

Cozy, clean and spacious apartment. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay. However, there is no possibility to cook in the apartment itself. But there is a guest service for a small extra charge. That is, the hostess cooked for us delicious for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also got fruit from the local garden - persimmon, pomegranate, tangerines, apples and grapes. The location of the apartment is good. A lot of things are within walking distance and you can quickly get to the center of Berat. Communication, although the hosts do not speak English, worked well. We communicated with the help of translation tools and the little daughter of the host, who speaks English very well for her age. We and our children liked it very much. I can recommend it to others.

Staying in this apartment was an amazing experience. Elona and her parents were incredibly friendly and welcoming - some of the best hosts we’ve ever encountered on Airbnb. Their hospitality was outstanding, and they made us feel right at home. The apartment itself was immaculate - everything was super clean and well-maintained. Getting there was also straightforward. From Tirana, you can take a bus to Berat from the South and North Bus Terminal in the north of the city. Bus line 5/B from the city center will get you there easily. The buses run regularly, and the trip takes about 2 hours. Once in Berat, it’s a short city bus ride to Elona’s place. Overall, this was one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve had. Highly recommended!

Au delà de l'emplacement qui est favorable à une belle découverte de bérat, les parents de persida sont hyper gentils , accueillants et généreux. Nous avons eu droit à plusieurs attentions de leur part sans qu'ils soient envahissants. Le logement est super fonctionnel avec une vue très sympa et un accès a bérat très facile, pas besoin de voiture juste de bonnes baskets ( la côte est raide) . Petit bémol qui n'est pas du fait de l'hôte, prévoyez des bouchons d'oreilles un chien de voisins semblent vouloir accompagner vos nuits de son aboiement constant.

Schöne grosse Wohnung in ländlicher Umgebung, trotzdem sehr nahe bei Berat. Vom Balkon aus tolle Sicht auf Berat. Sehr herzliche Gastgeber, die uns mit einem sehr reichlichen Frühstück und sehr gutem Essen und Getränken in Ihrem Restaurant verwöhnt haben. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Apartment was as described; modern, spacious, clean and very cozy. Location was great too. Made us feel right at home. Klaudjo is very polite, super helpful and was always responsive. Will come back for sure. Totally recommended.
