Living in a family friendly environment in a nice small village south of Haarlem, near Amsterdam and the beach. You are living in my private house, with a nice secluded back garden, a sitting area in front of the house and a fully equipped kitchen. Excellent transportation facilities including my tandem and bikes to be used for free. The house is suitable for up to 5 people, max 6 , with 3 bedrooms with comfortable beds. No students and please be aware no use of weed in and around the house.

Wij bieden tevens mogelijkheid om zowel de Vliet en omliggende plassen als het centrum van Leiden te verkennen op een luxe sloep, in overleg is hierin veel mogelijk.

City tax is: €3,30 p.p. De hoekwoning bestaat uit 3 etages. Het vakantiehuis is gelegen onder ons woonhuis, de gasten hebben hun eigen opgang en een tuin met een schuur, en nog een gezellig zitje. Voor alle duidelijkheid : we slechts beschikken over een woonruimte van 40 m2, inclusief slaapruimte, woonruimte en open keuken en badkamer met een schuifdeur. Wij hebben 1 slaapkamer ,standaard vanaf 2 personen, Er is een opklapbaar bed voor een derde persoon (200 cm×90 cm). Bedankt.

Dit mooie, compleet ingerichte huis in boerderijstijl, ligt aan de Kagerplassen in de buurt van Amsterdam en Leiden. Het heeft twee slaapkamers, een badkamer met een toilet en nog een apart toilet. Charming summer house located in a quiet historic street. Enjoy your meals in the kitchen or in the bright back room. Very close to shops, beach, dunes and public transport. The comfortable living room features an electric stove in addition to central heating, creating a cosy atmosphere all year round. There is a separate second bedroom/study and an upstairs sleeping area for two guests. The bathroom is compact, well-designed and fully functional.
