My experience was simply perfect! From the first contact, Nilce was extremely receptive and attentive, always ready to help with sympathy and cordiality. We were very well received, which made all the difference in my stay. The house is impeccable — clean, organized and with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay. Every detail shows care and affection, which makes us feel at home from the first moment. The location is also excellent for sightseeing and the atmosphere is quiet and safe. I recommend it with my eyes closed and I would definitely stay here again without a second thought. A wonderful experience from start to finish

Our accommodation was amazing. The house is exactly like in the pictures. We loved it. Very beautiful place, new linens and towels. The barbecue and fireplace made our hearts warm. The girls were amazing, they left everything organized for our family's arrival. Thank you so much for the affection and we'll be back soon.

Sidnei was very friendly and very patient in helping us find a solution for my mother who has trouble going up and down stairs. The house was very clean and organized and the garden was impeccable.

Great place to have a good time with family and friends. Wonderful pool, 4 impeccable en-suites, everything very clean and organized. Super-equipped house with a beautiful patio for playing games. We felt at home. Waiting for another opportunity to return. It is well worth it.

The place is amazing! Super well maintained, organized and with impeccable cleanliness. The kitchen is super-equipped, it has everything we need to prepare meals. The view is beautiful and, even with neighbors nearby, the space guarantees privacy. The shower is great, the bed is super comfortable... Every detail is thoughtfully designed! We went as a couple, but the space would also easily accommodate another couple of friends.

Excellent stay! Wonderful location, calm and quiet atmosphere, lovely people around, and a very cozy house! We went with children and the outdoor space is wonderful for them to play! We felt at home and super welcomed by the family! A clean smell when we arrive!

The AP is great, exactly as described, it even has a washing machine. Impeccable equipment and cleaning, comfortable and safe. The condominium patio is beautiful, full of seeing small trails, which you can pick fruits and tempeiros, our little dog has shown walks there. And the Series is a wonderful person, full of attention and affection with us. I loved it and whenever I return to Serra Gaúcha I will try to stay in this AP.
