The stay was good, the apartment has a good location close to commercial establishments, in addition to being close to the Caminho de Pedras. It was easy to find, the environment was clean and organized. The view is beautiful. The hostess Ana communicated well. I liked the place, I recommend it.

The apartment is really nice!! It has beautiful decor, the shower is wonderful, there is hot air conditioning in the bedroom, the bedroom closet is great for handling suitcases and hanging clothes, the kitchen is well-equipped, the dining table is practical, and the living room is comfortable. Its location is great, easy to go to the tours. The parking space is very narrow and requires a lot of maneuvering to park as mentioned in the listing, but leaving it on the street is super safe, and we chose to keep the car only at night. Check-in and check-out was very practical. I recommend the place!

Wonderful apartment! All the rooms are very well cared for, comfortable and thoughtfully designed. The stay was super nice and quiet, we felt like we were at home. Jelci was extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always responding quickly and kindly. We definitely recommend it and will stay again!

From the first contact with Willian, it was always very fluid. Our trip was for work and it was very cold in Bento Gonçalves. The apartment was well heated and the bed allowed us a great night's sleep. We feel that everything was cleaned and organized with great affection and care to welcome us. On new visits to Bento, we will try to book with William again.

It's a great stay. The apartment is one block away from a street full of good restaurants, a museum, pharmacy, market and several other amenities. The location is impeccable. The apartment is bigger than it looks in the photos, and it was super well organized, clean and equipped. We stayed 4 days during which Franco and his father were super helpful and attentive, including assisting us with issues such as parking space and check-in and check-out times. Speaking of the garage: I went with a large SUV with 2 bikes attached to the back, and I got in and out without any problems. You just need to be careful because the driveways inside the garage are narrow, but nothing impossible. For convenience, it's super easy to leave it on the street during the day. Internet worked perfectly well, with 2 people working at the same time, and the internal temperature of the apartment, even without turning on the air conditioning is quite comfortable, regardless of the external climate.

The apartment is great, it has everything you need, super cozy and very well equipped, we felt at home, Felipe was super attentive and helpful. We'll definitely be back! I recommend it!

Daniela's accommodation is exceptional, very well decorated, comfortable and complete apartment, we felt at home. Very well located, with a supermarket 50 meters away and easy access to the main points of Bento. A perfect option for those who like to travel and get out of the traditional hotel room, and be able to feel local. Daniela welcomed us very well and made herself available all the time. A place to go back and recommend for sure.

The property was well serviced, the function of the parking space in the building but the owner of the property is not to blame, I chose to leave the car on the street for ease.

The city of Encantado RS will welcome many tourists now with the inauguration of Cristo Protetor and André's apartment is amazing for those who are passing through the city! located in a noble neighborhood with beautiful houses and very safe, a lot of native forest around the condominium that guarantees a quiet night to sleep well. Every apartment is amazing full of modern accessories and an excellent whirlpool! André is an exceptional host always attentive to all details!
