Vacation rentals with beach access in Benin

This flat is highly recommendable, not only because of its equipment and location but mainly due to the absolutely superbly friendly and helpful manager Ebenezer. He really made all the difference! Loved it!

I had a wonderful stay! The host was welcoming and attentive. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and in a safe area. It was easily accessible and just a short walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

Es war wie immer alles perfekt. Gute Lage, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Aubin, der sich um die Wohnung kümmert, ist immer erreichbar und jederzeit sehr behilflich. Sehr zu empfehlen. Ich komme wieder. Danke für alles. Wir haben eine sehr schöne Zeit verbracht.

I stayed here with my friend for two nights and we enjoyed our stay. The location of the home is very good and a walking distance to the beach, restaurants, bar etc. Elisabeth was super helpful on our arrival day and we're super grateful. I'll be booking this home next time I visit Cotonou.

Excellent séjour chez Ulrich; l'appartement est bien propre, tout fonctionne parfaitement ( la climatisation, les ventilations, le frigo, la télé etc..). Quartier propre, proche de la plage, de l'aéroport, du centre commercial et de bons restaurants. Le monsieur m'a attendu jusqu'à 4h du matin pour la remise des clés 🔑 ; tres sympa, il nous a montré les bons coins de la ville de cotonou durant tout le séjour, il est très réactif. J'y reviendrai certainement, je recommande.

La maison de Malika nous a permis de vivre une bulle de bonheur ! Les contacts présents pour nous aider (remise de clés, gardien…) sont d’une grande gentillesse Merci pour tout

It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Le séjour s'est bien passé, le jeune homme de la maison était très gentil, serviable et disponible. La plage était à quelques pas seulement du lieu avec un petit chemin presque privé vers celle-ci. Par contre, un peu loin du centre-ville pour accéder au marché, si vous prévoyez cuisiner régulièrement. Merci pour le séjour!

Mon séjour ici à été très bien! Le staf est très proactif! Très joli appartement ! Je vous recommande à ne pas hésiter à réserver cet appartement 👍🏾👌🏽!

logement haut standing avec un très bon rapport qualité prix. logement spacieux avec plusieurs chambres et plusieurs salons. chaque chambres avec sa salle de bain privé. nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était très propre Un gardien est au portail pour les aller et venir. un véhicule 4x4 est disponible avec chauffeur fans la maison que nous avons loué moyennant rémunération pour d'aire nos courses. Monsieur Alexandre est très réactif. je conseille sans réserve ce logement. Alberick

Logement a l’ambiance calme et paisible, très bien situé. Proche de bons restaurants, et quelques belles choses a visiter.

Tout était parfait. Monsieur Arnaud s'est montré disponible et réactif. Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Cotonou dans ce logement qui est encore mieux que sur les photos. Je recommande à 100%.

This place is a hidden gem. A cozy, charming house with warm wooden finishes and a bright living area opening onto a terrace overlooking the ocean. From there, you can see, hear, and feel the ocean. Waking up to that view every morning is the kind of peace you didn't know you needed. The garden is lush, with palm trees offering fresh coconuts, and it has direct access to a stunning beach. Let's just say the host, Marco, contributed to making the experience unforgettable with his warm hospitality. If you feel like exploring, you can take a boat trip along the river, visit traditional salt-making huts, spot sea turtles, or try one of the local restaurants. But it's just as easy to lean into the temptation of simply chilling on the terrace, doing absolutely nothing... just counting birds.

C est vraiment l endroit ideal pour des vacances. Le calme, le chant des oiseaux au réveil, la plage accessible à pied une grande douche avec cabine ce qui n est pas du propre des appartements au benin, une cuisine avec tout ce dont on a besoin, meme les torchons jetable, de l huile d oline des epices du thé du café.... et j en passe.... vraiment n ous n aurez pas besoin a votre arrivée tardive ou le lendemain d aller faire les magasins comme c est souvent le cas... vraiment top top top. Vraiment j aurais prefere guarder cet apparr a moi tout seul 😀 Ce n est pas le grand luxe vide qui fait la difference. Ces sont les petites attentions, et c est l idee derriere ce portail: Se sentir chez SOI. Bravo Edgard pour toutes ces petites attentions. Je recherche encore jusqu a présent inlassablement ce qui ne m a pas plu chez toi Edgard, mais en vain.

L'appartamento corrispondeva alle aspettative. Pulito, accogliente e molto silenzioso. Il cortile interno è stato decisamente un grande vantaggio. Nello stesso cortile è presente una signora gentilissima con 3 figlie molto simpatiche e sempre pronte ad aiutare. Lucien, che ha gestito la mia prenotazione, è venuto a prendermi una volta arrivato a Ouidah (accompagnandomi a comprare del cibo e riportandomi a casa) ed è rivenuto il giorno della mia partenza per aiutarmi a organizzare il rientro a Cotonou. Sinceramente sarei stato disposto a pagare anche di più visto l'alloggio. Posto consigliatissimo, se capitate a Ouidah prenotate, non ve ne pentirete. Grazie davvero ragazzi, siete stati meravigliosi!

J ai passé un excellent séjour chez Adébaré. Il a su apporter des réponses à toute mes questions. C est avec un réel plaisir que je reviendrai chez lui, je recommande ce logement sans problème .

L'appartement est moderne et très bien équipé. La terrasse sur le toit avec la piscine est très agréable. Environnement très calme et proche de l'océan. La sécurité est très bien assurée. Un séjour très agréable.

I had an amazing stay at this place! It looked exactly like the pictures, which was awesome. The customer service was top-notch. Special shout out to Sobour from the management company who checked in with us regularly via text and phone. They were super quick to fix any minor issues, like when the wifi acted up, and there were instructions onsite for troubleshooting.The cleaning service was a big help, coming three times a week. The house is perfect for families with its 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The rooms are spacious and have both air conditioning and fans, so you have options. Hot water was always available, which is great when you have young kids. The 24-hour security guard was very welcoming and made us feel safe. There’s parking inside the property, but also plenty of space right in front, and with the security, it felt very safe.The location is fantastic, just minutes from all the great spots for food, drinks, and kids' activities. I highly recommend this place!

L’appartement est propre, bien équipé, fonctionnel. La proximité de la mer (200m) en fait un appartement très agréable. Le gestionnaire Mouafack nous a bien accueillis; il s’est régulièrement assuré que tout se passait bien pour nous et a été très réactif lorsque nous avons eu un petit problème technique. Le gardien Seydou est très sympathique et sa présence est très rassurante. Le système alarme intrusion finit de rassurer. En somme, notre séjour dans le logement de Kamal s’est très bien passé. Lorsque nous reviendrons au Bénin c’est sans hésitation que nous réserverons de nouveau ce logement.

I’m very happy about this place , the guy was very respectful and responsive. I’ll be staying there again Next time with my Kids and wife who will be coming in Africa for the first time.

Très bel appartement avec un très beau rapport qualité-prix et situé dans un emplacement proche de l'océan et du centre ville de Cotonou. Une disponibilité sans faille de Monsieur Désiré. Ce sera toujours avec plaisir de revenir dans cet appartement.
