It is a great place to be if you are exploring Benin and love a good scenery, in a neighborhood that gives the home away from home vibe. The environment is peaceful, the house is beautiful and hospitality was top notch. We loved the proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, beaches and the airport, other interesting places. Overall, we received a warm welcome and enjoyed our stay.

Great hospitality, quick turn around time, stylish apartment, constant power supply and internet access.

Easy check in. The room had a fan ánd AC. the space was quiet, near the beach and walkable to the main road.

Florence's place to stay in Cotonou is absolutely perfect for our group of 7! The location is ideal ( close to airport , beach), the impeccable cleanliness and the hosts are very welcoming. Florence allowed us to check in and out "without stress" with its time flexibility The pool accessible at any time is really a real plus. House employees were very kind and respectful. We had a nice stay and recommend this property.

We had a great time. The apartment was large and matched the photos. It was also extremely clean. We felt safe; the night watchman, David, was very friendly. The street that leads to the accommodation, not paved, is quite dented, but the apartment is close to the beach and many restaurants. I highly recommend it!

The place is a real haven of peace: very quiet, with beautiful plantations, and with a pool of remarkable cleanliness, true to the photos presented. The property is very convenient, extremely clean and has a high standard compared to other listings in the area. A big congratulations and thank you to the chef, who was exceptional, as well as the service of the employees, always available to help. An address to keep warm!

Daren's apartment is perfect. It's all there, what you need. It was extremely clean. Daren and the housekeepers are super nice and helpful. The private pool is a real highlight. The beach is a short walk. It is also a very safe residential area. Thank you Daren!

To close our trip to Benin, we stayed at the Sahoty residence. We were delighted as soon as we arrived! The welcome is warm, and the team is very attentive to our needs. The host, available via message, is both responsive and kind. We took full advantage of this place, whether it's to relax by the pool or enjoy the time spent at the beach. If I come back to Benin, that's for sure: I'll go back without hesitation.

Very nice, large and cozy apartment in a quiet area. The manager, Ismail is super nice and always available for your questions. He helped me during my stay and we even went for a drink and it was super nice Thank you for everything

1. The Space is very beautiful, clean and everything is very new, right from the box. 2. The color themes and accessories are beautiful and comfortable, it is a good home to rest and feel comfortable 3. I visit Cotonou very often and this is one of the best locations. It is private and very very accessible to central business district, beach, recreation and everything you need. Just about 10mins drive from everything 4. The host is amazing and super responsive. Together with his team they volunteered to help and support us through out our stay. He offered lots of suggestions and was ready to support all the time. 5. Highly highly recommended. 💯

Go for it!!!! Don't hesitate for a moment. The place is really super clean, well ventilated, mosquito-free, and comfortable. Very very cozy terrace. Mosquito net available. An amazing sense of service and attention to detail. We have everything we need, we are pampered. The host is super available and responsive. He even offered a great masseuse at home and gave you tips. There is a swimming pool in the Djibson hotel just across the street which offers you a swimming pool with the possibility of night baths, the best! The sea and corniche are a 5-minute walk away. We hear the waves of the sea in the distance we rock us💖 Many additional services to enhance your stay are offered. Best Airbnb I've ever done! A million thanks for your honesty and great generosity. The place was even more beautiful than in the photos and we enjoyed every moment there. Yves was always available and supported us in all our concerns. We would come back any time and look forward to the next stay in Cotonou with Eugenie and Yves. Thank you for this great experience.

I honestly would give this place a higher rating if it was available. Best way to describe it is a green mini haven. Super easy to find. Very walkable to the beach. Private and spacious. The neighbors are super kind and welcoming as well! The staff is beyond welcoming and the caregiving and response is insane. I’m pretty sure Mr. Ibrahim had his phone glued to his hand because his response time is wild lol. Hands down the best rented space I’ve been in and it easily made me fall in love with Cotonou even more! I would recommend 100% the pictures and description don’t even do it justice it’s even better in person!

I had a great time at Adébaré's place. He was able to answer all my questions. It is with real pleasure that I will come back to his place, I would recommend this place without problem .
