The place was very clean, with plenty of storage space and very modern bathrooms. The location was central and therefore perfect for visiting the center of Ouidah. The tropical garden and pool were enchanting. The added bonus is certainly the hearty breakfast made up of local products. Sylvie and her staff were attentive throughout our stay. We recommend it!

Layo is a welcoming and cultured host, with whom it is very interesting to chat. The accommodation is very well located in the city center next to the main tourist attractions. It's super clean and well maintained. I would recommend the place without reservation.

Emmanuel, Edith and their children are incredibly kind. If you're looking for a peaceful and familiar place, I recommend it! The rooms are clean and as described. I went to Cotonou with my partner, for a moment of personal relaxation. The Canelya listing seemed to me, based on the reviews, photos and quality of the service offered, a good place to stay overnight. We were not disappointed. KRISNELLY and its staff have a proven experience in the hospitality, care, and comfort of their hosts. Perfect communication, external useful addresses, easy access and easy interaction. The room, faithful to the photos, was clean, well-appointed, spacious, and comfortable. Requests for ancillary services were executed by team members as soon as they said. The perfect knowledge of the places ( markets and affordable corners, restaurants, other recommendations) facilitated our visit to the city. We strongly recommend Canelya. And we know where to go without thinking for our next getaway in Cotonou! Wilfriedd and Céline.

The loveliest spot in Cotonou!! We (a couple) stayed at CanelYa for a week during our first trip to Cotonou. The location is very convenient to many activities and the beach. It was also great to have the restaurant/lounge out back for drinks and when we felt like staying in for the evening. The rooms are clean and thoughtful in their accommodations. Having a balcony to sit on each morning was relaxing and complimented by the delicious breakfast provided. There was always an upbeat, happy mood at the hotel and the staff/owner were very friendly and helpful. I would certainly recommend staying here and we hope to visit again soon :)
