You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.

The city of Vallendar is within walking distance via a bridge in 500 m, as well as train, bus and boat connections as well as all shopping. The nearby WHU is also 5 minutes walking distance. There are very nice walking paths on the island.
