The loft is about 130 square meters, ceiling height 5.5 meters 50% of the area is designed for wellness & living only. Bathtub, daybed, 2-person spiral shower and Real wood fireplace leave nothing to be desired. In summer, a 5 x 4 meter gate can be opened which makes the lower loft area a convertible. The banks of the Rhine are about a 2-minute walk away, where there is also free public parking. There is also a bus connection (2/12) to the city, which you can reach in a 4-minute walk on foot. Near the bus stop: bakery, kebab, pizza, Asian takeout.
