We had a great stay at this apartment. The location is unbeatable—perfect for exploring the region. The apartment is nice, though a bit minimal in decor. If you’re sensitive to light at night, bring an eye mask since both bedrooms have frosted glass walls. Parking is super easy and close by, which made everything convenient. The hosts were very responsive and kind, always quick to help when needed. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Mariana's sister greeted us. Altough the apartment was smaller than appears in the photos, it was modernly decorated, well equipped and the view of the light house & Marina was wonderful to watch at night & during the day. The location was perfect with the Marina and fish restaurants along the beach to the right of the apartment. The Orange Square, Alameda park with the tiled beautiful Benches and the Scuptures along along Alvenida del Mar were to the left and all within a 13 minute walk to all three locations. Parking was also possible within a 5 minute walk however Gayane kindly helped us find the car park as we drove around in circles. Great place, location and very helpful host would definitely recommend.

Exactly as described. Always responsive, easy check in, apartment was clean and had everything we needed from Iron to cooking supplies. Easy 15 min walk down the hill to nearby restaurants and 25 mins to the beach or supermarket. Comfortable Stay. Highly recommended.

Super good host. Amazing place!

We went to Marbella family, with a 3 month old daughter and grandparents. The place was very spacious and comfortable for the whole family. Nearby parks, close to the sea, nice walk to the city center. Parking is a big advantage, everything under the roof, which made it easier with a toddler.

We had a comfortable stay at Rocio's place. Her instructions for check-in were clear and concise. The space was comfortable and well equipped, and the view from the terrace was enjoyed. The welcome basket of fruit and bottle of wine was an unexpected extra! The complex is starting to show it's age, but Rocio's unit was fine and functional (although slightly outdated bathroom). Overall, local amenities are limited, but a short walk away. The beach is not easy to get to on foot, but once there it is lovely. Thank you Rocio for the precise owner's manual that was thoughtfully put together.

Great location, beautiful family friendly complex with heated kids pool. Very kind and helpful host, definitely reccomended.

The apartment has everything you need, a great coffee machine, very good restaurants within walking distance and close to the sea. The host is very available and helpful. If you have to work, good and fast internet was a big help.

The view of Nuevo Bridge was so beautiful, and the kitchen was well-equipped, so it was good for cooking simple meals. I didn't use it, but the host prepared a washing machine, a dishwasher, and detergent, so it would have been very convenient to do laundry while traveling! Thanks to the friendly host, I made good memories in Londa.

Title: A Fantastic Stay! I recently had the pleasure of staying at Ivan's apartment through Airbnb, and I cannot recommend it highly enough! The entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Communication: Ivan was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. He answered all my questions promptly and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Location: The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, making it convenient to explore the area. Everything I wanted to see was within walking distance, which made my trip even more enjoyable. Hosts: Ivan and his wifere were wonderful hosts. They went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcome and had a great experience. Their hospitality truly made a difference. Overall, my stay at Ivan's apartment was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay

Had the best time here. Stayed for 4 nights and had everything we needed. Amazing location as right on the front of the port. Overall had an amazing stay and would definitely book again

The location is good. Private small garden is very nice. Were visited by some cats which kept us company. Parking was easy (in November). Evening sun. A big plus for us was how this place has everything. Even a nutcracker. Also there were shampoo, sunscreen etc. Lots of spices for cooking, which we did a lot. Dishwasher. Clothes washer. More: board games. A book. TV which was brand new. Three air conditioned/heaters which were all in perfect condition. I could go on. The sofa is a real sofa not just a convertible bed, so it’s reasonably comfy. The «fully stocked» complete home is what we like the best, having used professional hosts (companies) for our lady stays, and in those cases it’s always very empty. In Sandra’s place there were even three ice cream cones in the freezer. Overall it’s a very functional place. Although the interior is a bit bare (not very cozy). But this is personal preference One thing to be aware of is the cancellation policy which is not very flexible

Thank you for a wonderful stay and your warm hospitality! The location is excellent, just a short drive from Marbella Old Town, Mijas, and various other attractions. The area features a great pool and a convenient parking spot. We had an amazing vacation and highly recommend Sean and Monica.

Simply a wonderful stay, me and my family felt welcomed at all times !! Rosali is a very communicative host, she had endless details for our stay !! We are traveling with a small child, we found toys , cot etc ( thank you for so many details ) The hacuzzi is a strong point,although really the house itself is a real luxury !! One suggestion: If you put a liquor pot on a corner with a list of prices , you will like the result !! It's an excellent strategy 🫶 Overall , everything is very accurate ! Instructions , arrival , etc … We will definitely be back!!!

Sean and Kristin's place was absolutely perfect! It had all the comforts and amenities that anyone would need to feel at home. 100% more comfortable than staying at a hotel! Walking distance (4-5 min) to a nice grocery store, which was very useful. The town center was approx 15-20 min walk over a footbridge (over autoroute 7). Delightful bars and restaurants in close vicinity. Garage parking was also very nice to have. A car is recommended to visit other surrounding towns and attractions. The representative, Jane, was a gem! She was very responsive and helpful. Her cheerful disposition was so welcoming. Highly recommended.

Wonderful views and comfortable apartment with large terrace with glass panels you can open up on warmer days and close on windy and cooler days. The level of this apartment is on the same level where you park your car, so easy access. Be aware not all closet spaces in the master suite are available to you nor in the kitchen and living room (locked off by owner). There is a washer and dryer which is great since not all apartments to have dryers. We needed some espresso cup that fitted under the nespresso maker and were delivered in no time. Excellent response from the owner in case of questions. I do recommend this nicely decorated apartment.

The apartment was very well equipped, nothing was missing. Everything was very clean and tidy. The hosts were very attentive and communication with them was very easy and fast at all times. We were very comfortable during our stay.

Juan Jesus was an amazing host , helped arrange birthday balloons for my girlfriend and gave plenty help during the stay . Very quick to respond. The place was amazing too perfect for what we needed , would be back

The owners were extremely helpful from even before arriving in Malaga, the finding and entering the villa is safe and secure. Property matched the description and was very clean some minor broken things but easily fixed ie lightbulbs, drawers and cupboards. It was very homely and relaxing and quiet. Only one time we tried to find a food shop a bit later and there was some carnival rides at the bottom of the street to the left which resulted in young boys following 3 females which was scary but the concierge got them away. The check out was also so easy. Totally recommend this space was worth the money!
