Vacation rentals with lake access in Bến Thành

It was a nice place to stay. It was nice to have air conditioning and warm water installed in each room and the living room on the 1st and 2nd floors. Thanks to you, I made good memories with my short schedule.

Jesse is one of the nicest, kindest and most responsive Airbnb hosts I’ve everhad. A really great guy. And a beautiful apartment.

This was a very convenient place for me to stay. Lots to do and close to the amenities I need. Getting around the city is super easy with Grab, they pull right up to the door. Security guards and front desk workers were always friendly and made me feel safe. Our hosts were great communicators- my inbound flight was delayed by half a day, and they stayed in touch with me the whole time, updating me. I will definitely stay in one of their Airbnbs again in the future!!

We had a great time during our stay. The host was so friendly and eager to assist us. The room is spotless and in a good location. We can't wait to come back next time!

Clean. The host is very friendly. There were some mosquitoes, but it was possible to exterminate them with incense and electric products. An electric mosquito repellent in each room.It would have been better if there was one.

It was amazing stay. Clean nice appartment with everything we needed. It has 2 spots comfortable for working on laptop. In the ground floor, there are few conviniece shops and nice cafe with great food. Only downside was that building management made pool and gym available only for residents. So gym needed to be opened by the host every time and pool had to be registered for us every morning by the host and we could use it only till 5 p.m. But despite those minor inconviniences our stay was amazing and the host was responsive and helpful with everything, for example registering the pool every morning. Thank you very much 😇

Kenzo was so responsive and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. They helped us with getting to the location as well and were lovely throughout. Place was clean and had all the amenities we needed, location was so good with the convenience stores below and the local bò né right there being amazing too! Thanks for having my mother and I, would love to stay again if I have the chance.

perfect stay if looking something in ho chi Minh ,at the very last moment we came across kungs apartment,center of ho chi Minh so it makes a perfect location if you want to go anywhere in ho chi Minh ... luxury apartment ,kung is super friendly and ready to help you with every problem . highly recommended for large groups kung ❤️ thank you so much you are super sweet until next time 🤙

The apartment is in the Rivergate Residence building, which has quite a few expats and many different Airbnb owners. I was initially nervous because of the mixed reviews on the building, but Ngoc was a fantastic host! Super helpful, very responsive (almost immediate) and always checking in / providing alternatives for cleaning timings. During the first couple of days, I had some issues with the digital lock. When I messaged Ngoc, she immediately informed the downstairs technical team and then also got a hold of a locksmith to support. She even came over herself to make sure everything was in order, which shows me she will go out of her way to ensure you have what you need :) In terms of location, the building is in District 4, so not as noisy as District 1 but still only a 10 min walk across the bridge to get into the heart of the city. There’s also a 7/11, cafe, pharmacy, grocery store and several local street food vendors very close. Easy to get local and Western comforts. Lovely!
