I'll stay was very relaxing and the place was very clean and easy to access. The area is very good and there's lots of things to do in walkable distance. The balcony that we had was a very nice touch as well and beautiful to sit outside. Anh sent very clear instructions and check in and check out was very easy. Would recommend this place!

we had a great time at Trang's place. very central but still pretty quiet. Classic Saigon entrance to a nice apartment. Ben Thanh market and metro steps away.

Great stay in a local apartment building in Ho Chi Minh. The room was very large and comfortable and well located with lots of attractions, great food and cafes nearby. Ngoc was very helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay!

The apartment is a bit on the pricier side of things BUT if you look for a hassle free accomodations in a building with heaps of locals free washing and great views, this is the place. Aircon was a saviour and the bed was very clean and comfy. location is very central. My Partner and I enjoyed it very much. special thanks also to our host who was very helpful and responsive!

The room was clean and in a great location, easy to get around to tourist spots. It was quiet and felt very safe, so I had a really good night’s sleep – the bed was big and comfortable too. The host was very lovely, friendly, and responded quickly whenever we needed help. Highly recommend for a nice stay!

Great little apartment in district 1! Easy walking distance to all the bars and restaurants! Amazing view of the city!

A great little place very comfortable and modern and had everything I needed. Right in the middle of the action, sound proofing helped. Evie was also very pro active as she helped me with everything I needed.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb in District 1, Ho Chi Minh City! The location was perfect which made exploring the city a lot more easier! But what truly made our experience unforgettable was our host, Vo. From the moment we arrived, Vo treated us so well —always warm, attentive, and ready with helpful tips to make our trip special. It felt less like staying somewhere temporary and more like being welcomed into a friend’s home. If you want a spot that’s convenient, comfortable, and filled with heart, this place is it. We left with wonderful memories and a deep appreciation for Vo’s incredible hospitality. Can’t recommend it enough!

Firstly, I felt very at home here. The property was super comfortable, had a great sleep and the temperature was perfect for it being so hot outside. Secondly, the host was so so great. She communicated quickly, efficiently, and I didn’t have to worry about her not getting back to me unlike some other hosts I dealt with on my other trips. Thirdly, location is awesome. Very central! Only tip is that if you call a grab, I recommend walking to the street right under cause it’s a bit easier since it can get crowded w cars on the main st of the property. That’s all! Overall loved the property and the host was great. Def book it if you can

My stay at Mustang 11:11 Boutique was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the host, Thi Tuyet Anh, was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, offering local tips and always being readily available to answer any questions. The homestay itself was superb. The amenities were excellent – everything was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully provided. I particularly appreciated the Bathtub & the Projector in the room. It truly felt like a home away from home. And the location? Simply perfect! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City. You won't be disappointed!

I stayed with three friends, and the two-bedroom apartment was feel comfortable. The space was clean and airy, so really relaxing. The building has a gym and pool 👍🏻. The host responded quickly and support from check-in to check-out. Overall, a pleasant place for a short stay with a small group.

Very responsive host and nice stay

Annie was a responsive host. We organised airport transfer with her and that made our trip seamless and stress free. The apartment building had great facilities with a lovely rooftop deep pool and moderate gym. The apartment was mostly clean but not 100% spotless but still was very good. The shower head and bathtub require maintenance as one shower head can’t be mounted and the other shower head was flimsy. Excellent location. 5-10 minutes walking to diamond plaza, book street, cathedral. Highly recommend this accommodation.
