Beautiful sunny terrace. 2 bedrooms, one upstairs, the second with a small sofa bed. Bathroom with shower and double sink. Equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, ceramic stove, kettle, toaster, juicer, Nespresso coffee maker, raclette machine). Bed linens and towels are provided. My cottage in Pélasque ***

Fully equipped, air-conditioned apartment 45 minutes from Nice airport and its beaches, in the Vésubie valley, at the gateway to the Mercantour National Park and the Route des Grandes Alpes, with many outdoor activities and places of interest nearby. There is a Carrefour Market open 7 days a week and a 24-hour gas station 10 minutes from the property by car. The first restaurant is in the center of the village 5 minutes drive away, I can book you a table there.

It is equipped with a Jacuzzi-type spa bath where you can relax after a hike. You will find an equipped kitchen area where you can prepare your small dishes for your relaxing evenings. At night you will find a double bed equipped with a TV to relax in front of Netflix.

The apartment ,Ground garden of the cottage, is located in a residential area in absolute quiet with panoramic views of the Mercantour three kilometers from the center of the beautiful village of Saint Martin Vésubie.The Colmiane and Le Boréon, are 10 minutes by car. I live there and am therefore very available for guests.
