Vacation home, built in 1977. Well maintained. It offers a pretty garden with an unobstructed view of the village of Belmont-sur-Rance below. It faces south-east. The house can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. I open the rooms according to the number of guests. Bedrooms are located upstairs. Kitchen, toilet, bathroom, living room and living room on the ground floor. There are 2 covered terraces, one with a barbecue and all the necessary garden furniture.

The 300 m walking access includes a steep slope. Coffee and tea are available. We offer homemade meals. Bed linen provided, towels not provided. Communication via Airbnb, because the phone does not get a good signal at our place (in the cabin it's good).
