The French doors provide lots of natural light and an open, airy feeling. Private patio. Quiet, historic neighborhood -- perfect for walks or bike rides. Only 1.2 miles from downtown. Within a few blocks are breakfast/coffee shops, restaurants, Publix Grocery, pubs. Easy 15 minute drive to the beach.

Quiet, private, secure cottage with kitchen. For sleeping: full bed, twin bed, & sofa (not a sleeper sofa). Will accommodate 3 persons comfortably. Small outside seating area is provided. Few miles from downtown Pensacola. Naval Air Station (NAS), Naval Hospital & Pensacola State College Warrington Campus are within one mile. Fast food is readily available. Walmart is 2 blocks away. Ruby T's, Sonny's BBQ and Waffle House are a few of the nearby restaurants.

Welcome to our cozy tiny home located in my secured backyard, where a queen-sized bed promises a peaceful night’s sleep and our well-equipped kitchenette simplifies meal preparation. You will have free parking located in the backyard just steps away from the tiny home. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to gather around the outdoor fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. Inside, unwind with a smart TV and stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi.

Entire studio space is private, clean & relaxing.

This is an attached apartment connected to the garage’s ours house with three exit/entrances. One is the main entry with your specific code. The second door is dead bolted from your side that leads to the garage you see in the picture. The third is dead bolted on your side and gives you access to the back yard. The security and privacy is much like a hotel room. Note we rarely meet or interact with our guests.

Cozy Studio

This is part of a compound with two structures ! There are 3 bedroom in the main house and the cozy studio is a beautifully converted space with private bath, cold / hot air unit , refrigerator , walk in closet ect ect . Note : you share the laundry room only which is rarely used . You have 2 door with your keys that only i have an extra set .
