Paola was very nice and very helpful to us. There were 10 of us and we had a great time as the house is beautiful, very complete and spacious. We had a wonderful New Year's Eve with friends and would love to come back. Thanks Paola for the flexibility in check-in time and availability to help us with the decorations. Super recommended!

It is a very spacious apartment with a beautiful garden view. The place is very tidy. Also it's within walking distance from the town center. Luca and his family were great hosts, quick to respond on arrival. I would definitely recommend staying at this place.

Stefano's apartment, is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. It's conveniently located and really very comfortable. Totally recommended if you spend a few days in Venice. Stefano is a very friendly, friendly and helpful person.

Absolutely beautiful place . Everything was clean. The place was as described. Julia was very kind and quick to respond to messages. The location of the place was absolutely perfect. Peaceful villa area, close to the sea, bus, supermarket, restaurant. We visited the nearby historic town of Caorle and also took advantage of a boat ride to Venice from the city of punta Sabbioni. We're so glad we chose this place and stayed with Julie. Highly recommend !! :)

Our family of five had a lovely stay over Easter weekend in Jody’s home. The villa is well-stocked, with comfortable beds, and a really nice living room/loft area. It all felt very spacious and had a beautiful outdoor space. We were able to explore the surrounding areas easily and there’s great restaurants and a wonderful bakery nearby. It all made for a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

Beautiful simple apartment that was ideal for us as a base for our daily motorcycle tours. In the yard there is a long carport where cars and motorcycles can be stored. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna area very much. It should be borne in mind that there is no air conditioning at high temperatures, so it gets very warm in the apartment. We had a very nice week at the place and would come back anytime. Thanks also to the host

Excellent stay for a ski trip at the end of the season. Well located with free access by local skibus, and the Despar supermarket and local cake shop both within 1-2 minutes walk. Apartment had wonderful view, good underground parking for our hire car and all very well appointed. Claudine was very helpful.

The apartment leaves nothing to be desired. Everything you need is there. Great view from the balcony. Parking at the house. Wi-Fi and TV perfect. The cable car and Vinschgau train can be reached in 4 minutes. You don't need a car, except for shopping. Contact with Sonia perfect. Glad to come back

We spent ~10 days of family vacation there, and it was a wonderful experience. The place feels new, pristine, and cosy. The beds are super comfortable, and the kitchen is well-equipped and inviting. The surrounding is breathtakingly beautiful - you get to drink your morning espresso looking at green landscapes, blue skies and snowy peaks from the balcony. But above all - Katya has been a perfect host: welcoming, friendly, kind and caring. She took time and effort to make sure we have everything we need, and provided really good recommendations for the area. We warmly recommend this place and will very happily revisit it in the future. We had a wonderful stay at the vacation home! The hostess was incredibly friendly and attentive. She surprised us with a homemade apple pie, and the fridge was already filled when we arrived – even coffee was available. The kitchen has everything you need for everyday needs. The garden was huge and just perfect for our dogs, who had plenty of space to romp around. The location is also great – the path to the sea is not far and can be easily reached. The only negative point was the beds, which were unfortunately quite uncomfortable. But all in all we had a very nice time and would definitely recommend the house, especially for dog owners!

Also this time it was very nice to stay in Alberto's house which is in a strategic location both for the town and to reach the mountains. The house is very simple but has everything! We'll plan to come back another season next time.😊

Beautiful apartment, very spacious and well equipped. Clelia and Gaia were very welcoming hosts and kindly allowed us to add extra guests to our booking at short notice. Our children loved the toys and little table, plus everything was provided for them (highchair, cot,...). The location was perfect, there was so much to do we didn't even scratch the surface in 4 days. Hopefully we can come back again!

Our stay in Punta Sabbioni was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow, well-kept and equipped with everything we needed to relax. A special thanks to Simone, who welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we arrived late, he kindly waited for us and greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness is top-notch! It’s rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!

It was amazing aparment and actually communication with Danielle also. Everything he shared in advance, he was fast responsive and helped when we needed. The apartment is on nice location, and I would say that is much bigger than it looks on photos. Everything was prepared for our arrival and it was super clean. Thank you so much and we will definitelly come again. I can suggest Danielle and his apartment to everyone else, it´s really nice place and host.

The apartment is very large, spacious, bright, very clean and well equipped. In the house there were also soaps, shampoos and some basic necessities in the kitchen. Very comfortable in the center of Mel. A little noisy because it's along the main street, but the fixtures insulate well from noise. Recommended!
