Staying at Luisa’s apartment in Colonno was a great experience.

Listing as described, everything necessary is available and functional. Beautiful view of Lake Como. Welcoming and very responsive host. The bus stop is 30 meters away and a more appreciable plus. We had a great time.

We had a perfect stay! Great location- can walk to local restaurants.

Maddalena was a wonderful host, she responded quickly to any questions I had and her home was lovely, clean, spacious and comfortable It is in perfect location in Menaggio not far from the main square. Everywhere is walkable, great supermarket at the top of the street, ATM on corner, ferry an easy walk away as is bus depot Loved the atmosphere and vibe of this town and enjoyed our ferry trips to the other parts of Lake Como also

Maria was very welcoming during our stay. It was such a beautiful location with an amazing view, we chose to cook at home and eat on the balcony and it was perfect.

This appartement was clean and tidy. Windows and balconies on both sides of the appartement building. Easy walk to the nearest pittoresque village centers (1,5 km), two beaches near by, easy to park. On the front side of the appartement building one not so nice looking old construction building which has propably been like that for years. Otherwise very good appartement with the good price. 😊👍

Wonderful stay in the beautiful apartment of Raffaello and Patricia. The location is simply fantastic right on the lake with incredible views, the apartment nicely decorated with everything you need. The welcome was very friendly, Raffaello showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. The apartment was absolutely clean and well maintained, we felt very comfortable. We will be happy to come back.

The location of the accommodation is truly heavenly and completely private! We felt very comfortable there and it was very clean. The bedroom is in the basement and therefore always nice and cool. Silvano is very nice and always very accessible. We would keep coming back! Thank you!

Yvonne welcomed us and showed us into the apartment. The apartment is well equipped, we didn't miss anything. The view from the bedroom and the terrace to the lake was beautiful. We also received good tips for excursions. Information material was also available in the accommodation.

Beautiful and clean house, nice host, perfect location. The pictures are all accurate and the house is well maintained and equipped. 2 minutes' walk and you were practically at the lake and even faster at the "main street". Supermarkets were easy to reach, as well as restaurants. Things to consider when choosing: People over 1.80 could have problems (our tallest person was about 1.75 and was sometimes afraid). The parking situation was accurately described by Gianpierro, and most of the time a space in the public parking lot was free, but sometimes you would have to park on the slope to the exit (personally, I would recommend a small or narrow car for the vacation.) The soundscape at night did not bother us, but for people who cannot sleep with loud noises, it would be important to know that there is a fairly loud stream next door. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend it, all four of us were very enthusiastic and would book here again☺️.

We enjoyed the time there very much! Absolute recommendation!! The quiet house with air conditioning was perfect for the days at the lake! Very nice swimming beach within walking distance. Marino was available for every question in the shortest possible time, we felt very comfortable!

An authentic house in a narrow alley, with beautiful views from multiple spots in the 3-story house. The house can only be reached by steps by steps. That makes it special. Marco responds super quickly and is very helpful. We were four adults and a small dog and had a good time (10 days). A place to return to!

Federico’s place is beautiful, authentic Italian villa ! Wonderful view , amazing house and a sparkling pool ensures a great vacation ! Highly recommended ! Federico is super nice , friendly and accommodating!

Cristian’s place was dreamy! The balcony was absolutely stunning and the accommodations were perfect! Beds were comfortable, plenty of space and Cristian thought of everything! We had a lovely snack and cold drinks waiting for us, which was an especially lovely touch.

Had a great stay, reception was fine, apartment excellent, car safely parked and center 10 minutes walk. Contact good. Highly recommended for those who want to visit Como.

Very comfortable and spacious apartment; peaceful terrace. Ideal to start bike rides towards Bellagio and Sormano. We hope to be back.

Paolo's house is in a gated apartment complex where you can safely park your car. Subway Ca Granda is close and the apartment itself has the necessities you need.

The place was very nice and equipped with everything that one needs to feel right at home. We really enjoyed the yard it has a great view and a very comfortable setting. Ginna herself was very nice and really welcoming. The location was bit further than what was on google maps but Gianna had already provided us clear instructions to get to the place so it wasn’t difficult at all to get there. Overall a great experience.

A beautiful, clean, quiet apartment with stunning views and a friendly host, in an exquisite part of lake Como.

We were there for a family wedding which was nearby so was the perfect location. The building had been an old monastery which has been sympathetically and very tastefully renovated it was fantastic we had our own courtyard with loungers table and chairs, beautiful touches throughout can’t rate our stay highly enough 100%. What stood out was Luca himself he helped us enormously. We had a family dinner planned in the neighbouring town but found it impossible to get a taxi bearing in mind it was a Sunday and maybe not as many available even Luca tried but no luck so he took us in his car to the venue which I thought was amazing khe also helped to carry our luggage when we arrived and when we left very very helpful.5stars for the house and 6stars for the host.

Great! we arrived very late and left very early so i dont have much to add but check in was smooth and easy, place was well connected, nice place with complete kitchen- nice balcony as well. seemed like it would be a lovely place to stay for a few days if you want to see Milan, would defo recomend

I would like to express my sincere thanks and gratitude to the wonderful host Sabrina. She was an example of good hospitality and classy treatment, and her response was very quick and at all times. Sabrina was extremely helpful, and she made our stay more comfortable and smooth. We enjoyed the stay very much, the apartment was very clean, spacious, and equipped with everything we needed. Our gesture touched her generously by providing drinking water, carbonated water, juices, and some items in the refrigerator, which gave a warm home-like feel from the first moment. It's rare to find a host with such ethics and attention to detail. All thanks and appreciation to you Sabrina, you are indeed an exceptional host, and we will not hesitate to come back again!
