Lars maintains the Oasis in pristine condition. A magnificent retreat in the middle of nowhere to completely unwind and be “off the grid” . The house accommodation is very flexible with many dining areas, outside BBQ facilities and a pool. Highly recommended for large family outings, corporate retreats or friends wanting a place to be able to share and have a weekend together.

Sensational “hideaway” if you are looking for quiet solitude in a rainforest environment with undulating (and in parts, steep) pastures with grazing cattle, and within 5 minutes drive of a small country town. The beautiful bespoke furniture made by Matt and placed throughout The Garage was a lovely touch. A wonderful place to stay that we would return to, and whole-heartedly recommend to anyone who asked. Thank you Dina and Matt.

We loved the open spaces to spread out as on the Sunday we had 19 people over for my 60th birthday and had a bbq. There was so much room and the pool and the creek with kyaks provided a great time was had by all. High ceilings and lots of natural light, gardens and lawns looked after, lots of cooking accessories and plates etc provided for. The views were amazing to York's Knob and the creek. Great place!

We had a fabulous stay at Monique’s place with our adult children and grandchildren. The place is very warm, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything you need for a weekend away. It is a 10 minute walk into town or a 3 minute car trip. Everything has been carefully thought of including cleaning products and pantry supplies- things you don’t want to have to think of yourself for just a couple of nights. Monique was very easy to communicate with and we won’t hesitate to stay there again for our annual family reunion in beautiful Bellingen. An excellent family friendly home.

We would highly recommend a stay at this cottage and would stay there again. It is perfect for two people. The cottage has been tastefully decorated, is very clean and has a cosy feel to it. It is very private and quiet with the only sounds to be heard being the flow of the river, birds and occasionally the lowing of cattle nearby. The verandah bath is luxurious and a great way to take in those surroundings while knowing you are private. The kitchen is well-appointed which would enable visitors to cook (or not cook as there is a good variety of eating venues in town from the pub to restaurants and the IGA store has a fabulous deli!). The cottage is a short drive out of town (about 10 minutes at the most) from Bellingen town centre. One recommendation would be the addition of a TV aerial to enable visitors to access free to air TV. While there was excellent access to apps like Netflix, we like to access free to air TV sometimes. David was awesome on the communication front and went above and beyond to make oir stay great. The house is well located between Urunga and Bellingen. The amenities are great and the access to the river is pretty special.

We were very comfortable at Charlie's place for our two days exploring the area! Charlie was a good communicator and we had everything we needed. We had the whole downstairs area (family lives upstairs) and it was all newly renovated and decorated. Highly recommend! Just a small note that the eating area is a bench against the wall in the kitchen with high chairs (may not be suitable for elderly or young children - although we managed fine with two kids under 4).

We were so pleased to walk into this beautiful home after a long drive from Sydney. The house had a fantastic energy, was very clean, filled with beautiful plants, and had everything we needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. Kathleen provided age specific toys for our children, and had the most amazing nursery room we have ever seen. The location is excellent. Tucked away from the hustle and bustle with spectacular views of mountains and birds. The local river is only minutes away and Urunga Boardwalk/Beach is under 20 minutes away. We had a brilliant time swinging from the tree ropes into the river, swimming at Dangar Falls (30 mins away), walking the boardwalk and swimming at Urunga, and checking out the local shops, cafes, and brewery. We highly recommend this house for a relaxing get away. Thank you, Kathleen and Pablo.

We had a wonderful time here . Mark was proactive and very responsive. This place is a hidden gem and we enjoyed every bit of it.

Nice quiet area and an easy 20 minute drive to Coffs Harbour and a lovely walk to Boardwalk. Cottage was modern well presented and homely. It was an ideal 2 night stopover on our drive from Sydney to Kingscliff Would recommend for a couples stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Riverside Cottage at Urunga and I can confidently say it was one of the best. From the moment i arrived, i was greeted with warm hospitality that made me feel right at home. The space itself was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Everything from the cozy bedding to the charming decor created an inviting atmosphere. The location was perfect with the river view. Communication with the host was seamless; they were always available to answer questions and provided great recommendations for things to do in the area. Their thoughtfulness made a significant difference in my stay. Thank you again, Warren, for being such fantastic hosts!

We had a wonderful stay at Mark’s place, a beautiful property in a peaceful private setting overlooking river. Lovely touches left from Mark such as fresh farm eggs & wine. Mark was great to deal with, with lots of information re house & even good spots to swim or kayak on river. House is in great position, perfect to enjoy best of both Dorrigo & Bellingen, such as the amazing Dorrigo rainforest walk or Bello’s shops & restaurants. We had a great weekend, thanks Mark.

A very enjoyable stay. Plenty of room both inside and out. The pool was great for the kids. The local town nearby was great to replenish supplies and an easy drive to the tourist locations about Coffs Harbour and surrounds. Communication with the host was very easy and informative. We stayed with children who enjoyed the spacious surroundings. I would easily recommend families to stay at this lovely place. My thanks to the host and look forward to another visit in the not to distant future.

Peaceful. Birdsong and mountain views. Felt like visiting my Grandma - fresh flowers, tea and coffee, super clean, doilies, decorations and free of TV/ wifi. Next door to beautiful Mt Tabor Catholic Community. Thank you for the Easter eggs - a lovely touch!

Naomi's property has a warm, family-oriented atmosphere. The children's paintings on the walls and eclectic decorations made me relax straight away and enjoy the serenity of the surrounds.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful, brand-new home! The house was spotless and felt so fresh and welcoming. The incredible floor to ceiling views of eucalyptus trees was absolutely stunning, and we loved spotting kookaburras every day—it felt like a little slice of paradise. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, always making sure we had everything we needed. They even spoiled us with thoughtful little freebies throughout our stay, which was such a lovely touch. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway!
