Surrounded by State Forest and complete serenity, though only 10 mins from restaurants/cafes, and groceries, here you will wake to the sound of birds, and very little else, the peace is outstanding. Our self-contained, one room studio apartment is on a street surrounded by horse fields, the river and the showground. Only 600m to the centre of town . Our private, ground floor room is spacious, open and airy with a king size bed OR 2 single beds + 2 extra single beds, kitchenette, bathroom, reverse cycle air conditioning, smart tv and open living space overlooking the garden. The studio has a well appointed kitchen with tea, coffee, salt, pepper and oil. We do not provide breakfast.

Set in an established garden the cottage has a private entrance with key pad entry, high ceilings, air-conditioning and bi-fold doors leading onto a leafy deck area. Complete with all modern amenities including wi-fi and Netflix it is perfect for one to two adults. Breakfast supplies including muesli, porridge, milk & fresh fruit provided. This property is not suitable for infants or children.

Conveniently located with Sawtell, Bellingen and Urunga all within 15 mins. The local bowling club and cafe are just 3km down the road and North beach only 3.5 km.
