Family-friendly vacation rentals in Bellevue

Great stay - excellent communication - had everything we needed. If we return to Omaha, will look to stay here again. Appreciated the crib so we didn’t have to bring our own!

This lake house is a must on yoir list if you're visiting the Council Bluffs/Omaha area. The view from the house out to the lake is beautiful and the area was private and quiet and very peaceful! The home is beautifully decorated, lots of space and and an extremely gorgeous master bathroom. We loved it here and would definitely stay again! Thank you Art!

We had a group of six adults and five babies under age 4, and there was plenty of room for all of us. Lots of outside areas and so much room inside so we didn't get in each other's way. The pool and inside toys were a nice plus. The host was quick to respond to questions. This place is a winner!

We enjoyed our stay. Amy is a friendly and responsive host. The house is beautifully decorated. Loved that. Loved the abundance of seating. There was some wear and tear, but that did not stop my kids from loving this house, and demanding that we stay here again. My only hesitation is how exposed the back yard is. When hanging out there, I felt that we were in full view of the neighbors (though they did seem friendly). The house itself beautifully accommodated game nights, remote work, movie nights and tinkering - tinkering with the piano, the toys, and the fun stuff in the many rooms. Our stay here was lovely and created many great memories.

Very nice house, had everything you could possibly need, very well appointed and kitchen had all the essentials. Very nice and comfortable stay!

We came to Omaha for a weekend getaway, but we could have easily stayed longer. This place was above and beyond our expectations. This is in a beautiful neighborhood and Lisa's house is gorgeous. We were blown away by the suite. Lisa was right there to greet us and was very welcoming and made us feel right at home. She gave me some great suggestions for places to check out. And the gym area is also a fantastic bonus area to enjoy. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved Amanda’s place! It was perfect for a family vacation with kids. We would definitely be interested in returning in the future.

This was our second stay at Laura’s place. We appreciate the homey feel and easy access without stairs to access the home.

Ryan’s place was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to Omaha. We were able to bring our pups and they enjoyed the fenced in backyard and our kids enjoyed the quick car rides to all of our destinations in town. Thanks again!

If you're on the fence about this place, book it! Fran and Barney's home is as lovely as they were. It's huge but still felt homey and was beautifully decorated. Everything was clean and very well supplied. We had a lovely time on the large patio overlooking the lake, we ate most of our meals out there. The basement is spacious and completely private, we had a blast playing games and using the pool table.

If you are visiting Omaha, this is the perfect location. Located right in the Old Market area everything is literally right outside your door. The apartment was as described and it is super helpful to have a washer and dryer in the unit for longer stays (detergent and dryer sheets included!). The only downside to this apartment, which isn't Elizabeth's fault, is that the unit we stayed in overlooked an alley. that in itself isn't horrible until the first early morning when the garbage trucks show up to dump the numerous dumpsters located in the alley. I would definitely recommend this apartment and location to anybody looking for the perfect place to stay when in Omaha!

A peaceful, quiet location for gathering with family. Communication was excellent.

We stayed here with a few friends and our kids and the space was perfect for us! The house was well stocked with everything we needed and cool to have the canal right behind the house. It was a great location in a residential neighborhood and convenient to drive to Omaha and go do other activities.

It is a great place with a very cozy atmosphere! The neighborhood is also very quiet and beautiful! Brian was great and open to answer any questions. We had a great stay, would totally come back when we visit Omaha again!

Chad’s place is a little piece of heaven! Not only was the home beautiful and in a very nice and very quiet neighborhood, but it was extremely clean and well kept! When you stay at Chad’s, you get exactly what is pictured and described in the listing. We will not hesitate to stay at Chad’s again the next time we need to stay in the Omaha area! We actually wished that we would have had more time to just hang out at the house (especially on the back deck) for a couple more days. Everything was just really nice and wonderful!

We reserved originally reserved the larger cabin, but when asked if we could switch it was a blessing in disguise! The Naw-Tee Pine cabin was cozier and closer to the trails and Lake Wanahoo. When we walked in, we felt like we walked into an old-fashioned Christmas! The space was amazing! The gathering areas were appreciated for food and games (Linda provides a lot!) but there were also tucked away nooks for solitude. This was truly the best rental my family has ever stayed in. We will be back in the summer!!!

The stay was brief but very nice. Within walking distance to the zoo. You can actually look at the elephant enclosure if you walk down the street a bit. Brian was accommodating, as we added someone else last minute. Check in was easy. It's an old house with a lot of the original woodwork in it. Beautiful home.

The house was nice and clean. It had a great backyard. Unfortunately, the weather prevented us from enjoying it this stay. The only part that was difficult was parking. Otherwise, I highly recommend staying here.

This is truly a hidden gem. From the minute, you walk into the house to me, it was enchanting, very peaceful and comforting. We love the screened in porch and fell in love with the backyard, so peaceful and quiet.. It’s a good place to have a morning or evening stroll. Mary responded to my questions in a timely manner. Everything you need is right there . The kitchen is stocked with everything you need for cooking. It’s a great house with an old world charm. We will definitely be back again.

The house was just what we needed. Our grandkids loved all the toys in the playroom and the pack n play and high chairs made dinner time great. The kitchen had mainly all the amenities we needed, although with 6 adults and two kids, it would have been nice to have a larger non-stick pan to make the potatoes for supper and scrambled eggs for dinner since we had most of our meals there, which was much easier than eating out with two under the age of one.
