Monthly Rentals in Belleville

We spent about 3 months in the apartment while our home was being renovated and it was lovely. Great neighborhood with lots of parks, very safe.

Definitely stay again! Here’s why: -Large space with a lot of storage options -Fairly comfortable bed -Safe, quiet and walkable neighborhood -Grocery store in 10 min walking distance -Very responsive and friendly host -Has free washer and dryer in the basement - Easy to air out the space since every window has fly swatters -Has vacuum cleaner which is useful for long term stays -Comfortable couch and a roku tv

Sergio provided a wonderful place to stay for family vacation. He was willing to meet to give a residential tour and explain how to keep the space clean and functional during the week we were with him. He provided eggs, orange juice, bagels and cream cheese as well as a key for access in and out of the shared family home between him, his mother and kids. The residence has a charm to it.

good host and stay. parking was a bit annoying but to be expected. no thermostat in the unit but host made accommodations and always turned the heat up or down within just afew min of answering
