Travis‘s place was centrally located in Park slope, and a very quick walk to the subway station. We loved the area. The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean, and well stocked. Travis was attentive and communicated quickly. We would highly recommend and look forward to staying again.

This home exceeded my expectations and the expectations of my friends. We were so in awe of the beauty and cleanliness of the home as well as the friendliness of our host. The refrigerator was filled with water, all the bathrooms had toiletries. It truly felt like a home away from home. We will definitely be coming back soon. I can't say enough good things about this home and our host.

Clean, comfy, and convenient walk to the 2 train to go basically anywhere you may need to, although depending on where you’re going could take anywhere from 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Vincent was very responsive and helpful even before i booked. My husband and i ended up meeting him and having a good conversation as well.

The property was in great shape with individual room air conditioners, which was nice for people with various needs for different temperatures. Jose was always quick to respond whenever I had a question. would stay again if I’m back in the area.

Great place for a fair price. The apartment was lovely, comfortable bed, coffee, equipped kitchen, nice TV. Easy to get to/from NYC (although it might take some time due to traffic at certain times of the day). Responsive, friendly and helpful host.

This place is fantastic. We needed a place while we renovate our home. The staff is fantastic, the apartments really nice and spacious. Amenities are great too. Commute is super easy to Manhattan …walk to express bus and less than 30 min. Highly recommend.

Great location and stay

I stayed for the month of April with my dog and everything was great. The grounds are well maintained and the building has a ton of amenities including garage parking. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short term rental!

Beautiful apartment for 2. Spent Valentine’s Day here and it was perfect. Soundbar for music, LED to set the mood, bathroom was clean, washer/dryer included, kitchen was very neat and provided more than enough utensils to cook. Heat/AC is very good as well. Only iffy part for me was the parking. Luckily I was able to get spots right in front the building every time I went out and came back. He does offer paid parking though for anyone who is willing to pay a little extra. Host was great and responsive as well. 10/10 in my opinion. Would definitely book again!!!

This place feels like home, the apartment was in pristine condition. There was an issue with the A/C and the staff fixed it immediately. Highly recommended for short or long stays. The WiFi was excellent and office facilities for work calls etc were world class. Very happy with the stay!

Great location! Excellent communication, clean, modern apartment in really great neighborhood. Street parking is free and readily available. Walking distance to awesome coffee shops. We didn't bring our dog this time, but this neighborhood is very dog friendly!! We definitelyrecommend Rich's apartment.

Big Shoutout to William. My friends and I had minor inconvenience with our check-in. I called William and he took care of everything in a timely manner. He even reimbursed us. If you’re looking for a beautiful stay, a place that is local to all Montclair has to offer & a standup Host. William is most definitely your guy! This apartment in Newark was quite the surprise to me! It had plenty of space, lots of amenities, and was in the heart of the bustling Ironbound neighborhood, which I learned is a Portuguese enclave of sorts with lots of Portuguese restaurants, cafes, and bakeries. For me, it was also great being just a 10 min skateboard ride from the bus to EWR and 15 mins from PATH/NJ Transit, so very well connected. I also felt very safe in this rental because it was only accessible from the back via a gate and also was in a very family oriented neighborhood.

The space was extremely clean and tidy. As far as bonuses, the kitchen had an air fryer that was very handy, the shower head had great pressure, the AC units worked amazingly & the floor length mirrors were lifesavers when it came to making sure everything looked good after getting ready. I only messaged the host once so there wasn’t a lot of interaction but she responded very quickly even though it was night time. The location wasn’t far at all from the NJ transit station, walkable distance really. It’s close enough to New York that whether you drive, taxi or take the train, it’s an easy trip. Would definitely stay here again :)

UrbanZen is the best AirBB experience I have ever had. Anna was a phenomenal host. She was friendly and very responsive. The property was IMMACULATE and very well designed. We had everything we needed and immediately felt at home. It is in walking distance to downtown Montclair, which has great restaurants and shopping. One parking spot was included which was an added bonus, especially for this area. We will definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable Nicely decorated

The stay was very conveniently located, close to the bus that runs to and from New York City. It was in a very nice and stately apartment building. The materials used in the interior were very high quality. Waking up every morning with a view of the New York skyline was magical! A beautiful stay where we would come back soon!

Sandra's place was beautifully decorated and just a pleasure to be in. It was also comfortable and spacious with lots of privacy and gorgeous landscaping and foliage. The beds and couch were very comfortable. We didn't cook much but she had everything there you could want for cooking. Definitely the most beautiful place we've stayed!

My family & I absolutely loved this place. My husband & I had our two kids with us and there was plenty of room! The two couches lets put into a bed. Beautiful loft. The shower was amazing with the water pressure and hot water. Peaceful & very relaxing. Restaurants near by & getting to Time Square was easy to commute to with the Path train only a 7 minute drive from the loft. The host was very quick at responding to all my questions. I would def recommend this loft to friends and family. We will be returning again!
