Reversible air conditioning on each level, washing machine, and dishwasher available. Bathroom linens are provided, and the bed is made upon your arrival. You will also find the starting point for the Voie Verte bike path nearby.

On the ground floor you will find a pleasant living space with access to the kitchen area and the bathroom, upstairs, a sleeping area with beds in alcoves. It is the perfect retreat to disconnect and wake up to birdsong. Direct access to many trails for walking and cycling. Located about 30 minutes from Vichy, Thiers and Clermont-Ferrand and 12 minutes from the highway. Supermarket and restaurants are about 10-15 minutes away.

On the banks of the Sioule

A small studio by the Sioule, close to the 12th century bridge, for 2 people. For an additional €30 you can have an extra bedroom with living room and 4-5 people can be accommodated comfortably. The river is a paradise for fishermen and canoeing enthusiasts. Via Ferrara attracts climbing enthusiasts. One public beach 200 m away and another by a lake 6 km away. A dream place for walking or cycling, overlooking old castles.

Ideally located 10 minutes from the historic center and 15 minutes from the train station, you will only have to leave the building to access the edge of the Allier.
